The boys get back from their management meeting and they do not look happy. "why the glum faces?" I ask. "they cut out intro/set3, Sex, and Me," matty yells. "THIS ISNT FAIR." he's high. they all are. "boys, just calm down and I'll talk to Jeff. don't worry." I say reassuringly. "I'll talk to him."I bike over to the management building, praying that they're still there. I lean my bike against the fence and catch Jeff just as he's leaving. "Mr. Mason? can I have a word?" I call, before he reaches his car. "olivia, yes what is it?" here goes nothing.
"the boys are really upset about your choices for the set list tonight," I squeak. "they really wanted to play some others." Jeff sighs loudly before saying "well see, the problem is, the 1975 have become much more young audience oriented, and songs like Sex and Me just aren't appropriate for that." what the hell? "bullshit. I call bullshit." I shout at him. "and why is that?" "the only reason you don't want them playing those songs is because your daughter is bringing her friends there and you promised their parents they'd stay squeaky clean!" "well- I- I just-" he stammers. "can it. you're going to add sex and me to the set list, or you'll be seeing a lot more of me."A/N: thanks for all the reads! I really love this fanfic and I'm so sorry if it doesn't make much sense, it's the 1975 oriented. also, I write from my iPhone, so there's probably lots of capitalization problems. please follow, comment and vote! love you guys :)
