A/N: Hi guys! this is a new jeremike story that is a collab between me and @ToyFreddy_ this is her chapter and i hope you enjoy!
The soft, gentle breeze blew through Jeremy Fitzgerald's bedroom a late evening, sending a cool, chill breeze to run down his spine.
His mind, was at the time, filled with the doubts the next day would bring. This was completely understandable however, as in just over twelve hours he would have to begin his final senior year, as well as a new high school.
Jeremy was never the type of person to happily greet himself towards other people, without having a minor panic attack along with it that is. His mind was set strongly towards his studies, never wavering throughout his school years.
This was one of the only few things he was good at, his school subjects, specifically being English class, due to his strong determination towards his future career.
He deeply sighed as he stared back towards at his desk, filled with piles of stationary and necessary books for the next day. He was sitting on his bed, glancing slightly out his window at the now setting sun.
The breeze once again blew past, causing him to shiver and bring himself to close the window. In all honesty, he was glad his family had decided to move. At his previous location and school, he possessed very few friends, and he was usually left to deal with possibly the most obnoxious people in existence.
Although, he had to admit that moving from a small town on the outskirts of LA to the city itself was an enormous step for him. He never really was a city "type" either.
Jeremy moved away from his bedroom, and down the hallway towards the lounge room of his new house. Even from the slightest things, for example having to adjust to not having a second-story in his house was different.
He saw his mother, preparing dinner in the kitchen, for the small family of three; himself, his younger sister Megan and their mother. Jeremy couldn't remember his father that well, as he passed away so long ago, and his mother hardly ever speaks a word about him.
"So Jeremy, how do you think schools gonna go tomorrow?" Megan asked, poking her head from over the top of the couch. "Fine I guess," he shrugged his shoulders, making his way towards his sister. "You know I'm not the most confident person in the world…"
He sighed once again, sitting next to her on the couch resting his arm on the side and placing his head on top, closing his eyes. "Yeah, I can tell." She replied, switching through TV channels. "But you'll be fine. I'm sure of it."
"That's easy for you to say, you've already got a friend here, don't you?"
"Yeah, kinda the only reason I agreed to move here. But this is about you, not me." She turned the TV off, as there was nothing of her interest and began to walk to the kitchen.
"Besides, with you being gay and all, I'm sure you'll find a boyfriend in a matter of seconds." Jeremy's eyes shot open as he stood up from the couch. "M-Megan?!"
She laughed, quickly running towards the kitchen where she would have her mothers defence. Jeremy shook his head and sat back down, pinching the bridge of his nose.
"That girl is a nightmare sometimes…" he laughed slightly. "But I love her nonetheless."
