As the years trail on you grow old Castiel however looks the same. He loves you as you get older however. He doesn't treat you different. One day Castiel wakes and looks over at you and there's a reaper with you standing over your body.
"Wait...let me take her." He says getting up.
The reaper nods and Castiel grabs your hand and takes you to heaven where you spend eternity together.
