The class still couldn't believe what they had seen. Izumi Yagi, one of the strongest students in Class 1-A was brutally beaten by her own brother during training. They couldn't believe that someone with that kind of skill... was quirkless.

Izuku was walking to the observation room when all of a sudden he heard a voice from behind him.

"Yagi!" Iida shouted, with Shoka not too far behind. Izuku slowed his pace but kept walking as he couldn't be bothered to stop. They caught up to him after a few more moments before Iida began to speak.

"What were you doing Yagi?! How could you injure your own sister like that?!" He shouted as the tone of disbelief held strong in his voice.

Izuku stopped and turned slightly, not facing them fully. "Why I did what I did, you won't understand. Perhaps someday... But not today." He said before he turned and began to walk away again.  Shoka didn't have the heart to speak with Izuku now, realizing that he needed to be left alone but her anger grew. Anger at her friends for how they treated Izuku and anger at herself for not stopping them.

Before Izuku left however, he shot a quick glance at Shoka. The way she stared at Izuku, the exact same way she looked at him before... Eyes filled with sincere regret and guilt. There was something else too, but what? Izuku scowled at the thought before he continued to the viewing room. Iida wanted to press the issue but what Izuku said had rung in his mind. The way he said those words, they made Iida feel a certain way he had never felt before. He didn't know how to describe it. It's as if... what Izuku had done was justified although he didn't know why and even if it was, how could someone justify what just happened?

They reached the observation building and went inside. As soon as Izuku entered, everyone looked at him, either in shock, fear or in a single case, a burning hatred. Izuku walked over to the corner of the room and leaned against a wall with Shoka following behind. Aizawa then walked up to Izuku.

"Look, problem child. I don't know what kind of relationship you have with your sister but this is training. Don't injure someone so severely again" He said with a tired but slightly irritated voice.

Izuku, who actually respected Aizawa, looked at him and replied. "I'm sorry about that sir. I'll... Try for that not to happen again." He said as he slightly bowed although respectfully. Aizawa proceeded to turn around and went back over to the screen, shaking his head and sighing tiredly as he did so.

All Might then returned and immediately ran over to Izuku. "Young Yagi! What were you th-" He was cut off by Izuku.

"Shut up." Izuku said in a quiet tone, which only All Might, Shoka and thanks to their quirks, Shoji and Jiro, heard. All Might saw the look in his eye. He knew what he was asking was the peak of hypocrisy, so he stopped when Izuku cut him off. He then turned around, not saying another word, leaving the class surprised.

"Well then, now that I have returned I would like to say that I have declared Shoka Todoroki as the MVP of this match. Would anyone care to explain why?" All Might asked.

"I believe I have the answer!" Yaoyorozu exclaimed as she raised her hand. "While Izuku Yagi did come up with a substantial plan and his combat skills were exquisite, he focused too much on damaging his opponent, even after the point in the fight when he could have simply bound her, thus wasting valuable time on disarming the explosive. Izumi cannot be the MVP because she let her guard down in the beginning of the fight and while she was able to reorganize herself, her combat skills were still inferior in comparison which caused her to lose. Shoka however followed the plan that was laid out to her, showing that she trusted her partner, as well as intelligently using her quirk to subjugate Iida, allowing her to touch the bomb." She exclaimed with a little too much enthusiasm.
