The night was dark and stormy and the wind raged through the windows of the dank and drafty castle. A shadowy figure draped in a long dark cloak hurtled through the courtyard, hiddin in the shadow of the huge castle. The castle overlooked the windswept valleys of Amuren and the village bellow, but the figure did not stop to admire the view. The figure appeared to be caring something in their hands and stopped to rejust it. The figure then did something strange. They set the bundle on the cold stones of the courtyard and started to chant strange words that were not of the tounge of Amuren. Suddenly shouts came from within a nearby corridor in the castle. The figure turned looking over their shoulder but did not stop the incantations but instead went even faster as the shouts came closer.

"Where is the princess?"

"Find the theif!"

"Stop them!" came the shouts of the desperate castle gaurds.

"There he is in the courtyard!" shouted one as the troops came thundering around the corner. But just as they reached him there was a blinding flash of blue light and the thief and the princess were gone.
