"Sebastian," Chantelle smiled, "i have to go. i have practice, Mr Schue said it was urgent."

"cant you just skip this one time?" he whined,

"I skipped last time. and I'm doing a solo at sectionals, i need to actually show up so i can win and then beat your ass at regionals."

he chuckled, "no way. we're gonna win."

she rolled her eyes, "well then, let me leave so you can go to your practice." she pulled away, standing up, putting her jacket back on, "I'll text you."

Santana caught up to her best friend, smirking, "so, whos your boyfriend?"

Chantelle's eyes widened, "what?" she gulped,

Santana rolled her eyes, "oh don't act so oblivious, I see the hickeys on your neck." she pointed,

Chantelle sighed in relief, chuckling to herself, "no one, just a hookup."

she looked at her friend skeptically, "hm, if I find out you're lying i swear to g-"

"I'm not." she reassured her, Santana sighed and nodded. "okay.."

Chantelle sat in her usual seat in the corner of the choir room, "I'm going over to Dalton to give them tickets to West Side story, can you please come? Kurt thinks I flirt with the guys behind his back so I need a witness. and you're playing Maria and I'm playing Tony. it'd make sense." Blaine pleaded, as soon as he said the name Dalton Chantelle looked up from the book she was reading, "Telle, please?"

Chantelle huffed, "sure, I'll go."

his eyes widened, "really?"

she shrugged, "why not?" closing her book, she stood up and followed Blaine out of the school.

the duo walked in the brick building, being met immediately with the scent of hair gel and luxury cologne, crowds of students wearing black and red blazers went up and down the spiraling staircase, smushing to fit, although Chantelle knew where the choir room was, she followed Blaine so he wouldn't get suspicious, the closer they got the louder the acapella got, Chantelle collected herself and put an unphased look on her face as they turned the corner, she leaned on the doorway, watching them begin their number,

Uptown girl
She's been living in her uptown world
I bet she's never had a backstreet guy
I bet her momma never told her whyI'm gonna try for an uptown girl
She's been living in her white-bred world
As long as anyone with hot blood can
And now she's looking for a downtown man
That's what I amAnd when she knows what

spotted. Sebastian smiled widely at her, she returned it, he lurked his way over to her,

She wants from her time
And when she wakes up
And makes up her mind

and he approached her and blaine, starting to sing, dragging the attention to him and causing the warblers to cheer as they saw the two, Blaine, their best friend, and Chantelle, their best friend's girlfriend. Sebastian grabbed her hand, leading the way,

She'll see I'm not so tough
Just because
I'm in love with an uptown girl
You know I've seen her in her uptown world
She's getting tired of her high-class toys
And all her presents from her uptown boys
She's got a choice
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Uptown girl

Chantelle then took it in her hands and started singing,

You know I can't afford to buy her pearls

But maybe someday when my ship comes in
he'll understand what kind of girl I've been
And then I'll win

she winked at Sebastian as he continued, leaving a cheering group of warblers as they continued to harmonize and sign acapella in the background, and a confused Blaine.

And when she's walking
She's looking so fine
And when she's talking
She'll say that she's mine
She'll say I'm not so tough
Just because
I'm in love
With an uptown girl

Chantelle carried on, still dancing and singing with Sebastian,

he's been living in his white-bred world
As long as anyone with hot blood can
And now he's looking for a downtown girl
That's what I am
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Uptown girl
She's my uptown girl

she sang every-other verse,

You know I'm in love
With an uptown girl
My uptown girl
You know I'm in love
With an uptown girl
My uptown girl
You know I'm in love
With an uptown girl
My uptown girl
You know I'm in love
With an uptown girl

they finished with Chantelle's hand on his chest while his hand remained on her lower back and the other on her waist, their breath hitting each others faces.

they caught their breath, and she smiled lightly but then realized the situation and knew she would have to use her acting skills.

she pulled away, parting herself a couple of feet, she held a hand out, "I'm Chantelle, St. Clair, and you are..."

he caught on, "Sebastian Smythe."

now it wasn't just Blaine confused, it was the whole room, Chantelle straightened her outfit out before turning to face Blaine and the Warblers. "well, carry on, Blaine."

"right uh, we wanted to invite you to our production of West Side Story at Mckinley!" he beamed, "Chantelle, here, is playing Maria, and I'm playing Tony. please, it would mean to world to me- to us, if you could come. i reserved a whole block of tickets just for the warblers."

Sebastian grinned, "we'll be there. once a warbler always a warbler, right?"

the warblers walked away, leaving Blaine, Chantelle and Sebastian together, "I'll leave you two."

Chantelle went to find Trent,

"Trent! please don't say anything to Blaine or any one about Sebastian and I, i haven't told them yet and i'd like them to hear it from me, when I'm ready."

he nodded, "okay." he made a zipper motion over his mouth, she smiled and gave him a soft hug, "thank you!"

Chantelle walked back over to Blaine and Sebastian, patting Blaine's shoulder, "you ready to go?"

"oh, uh, actually he was gonna stay for coffee, get to know each other a little better," Sebastian smirked,

"oh, alright. Blaine, I left my phone in the car cause I didn't think we would be staying that long, since you have the keys would you mind getting it for me?"

he nodded, "yeah, I left mine in there too."

she smiled softly at him, waiting for him to walk out,

"hey, why didn't you tell me you were gonna be in West Side story? that's huge." he wondered aloud,

she rolled her eyes playfully, "its not huge. and i didn't want to be a bother, you have so much going on and the last thing i wanna do is be selfish and annoy you."

"you never have to worry about that, okay? i always love hearing about your life."

she chuckled, "you're such a dork."
