𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 - 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐜

Most people say that once you stop sleeping in the same bed that the relationship isn't saveable anymore,

But for 𝐒𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐀 𝐌𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐑 and 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐏𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐂, it was never the case.

Their relationship had never been "normal" to say the least,

Christian had met Sasha on a night out once and it was safe to say she made quite the impression.

Three years ago the duo met on a night out when they were celebrating their sisters birthdays which strangely enough fell on the same day.

"Oh I'm sorry," Sasha mumbled as she clutched the now empty glass,

"Don't be," Christian shook his head with a smile as he looked at the girl for the third time in the night,

The first and second time he heard this laugh that made him feel like the evening slowed down and he just couldn't help but see the

"What were you drinking?" He added as he cocked his head,

"Pardon?" The reporter furrowed her eyebrows,

"When I bumped into you your drink fell on the ground so what were you drinking?" The footballer explained with a smile,

He was always taught that if the pretty girl's glass is empty then offer to fill it.

"Are you trying to buy me a drink?" The German asked with a smirk,

"Depends," the American shrugged as he placed his hand in his back pocket of his jeans.

"Would you mind if I was?" He added as he sipped his drink,

"No I wouldn't," Sasha shook her head as she smiled,

"Sex on the beach," she mumbled as she tucked her hair behind her ears,

"Huh?" Christian cocked his head as he missed what she said,

"The drink, it was what I was drinking." The reporter explained with a soft smile,

"I would have assumed that you would have been more of a beer kind of girl," the footballer pointed out after seeing who she was talking to,

She was sat with a bunch of footballers the whole night.

"I am it's just that it's my sister's birthday." The German hadn't drunk cocktails in a while so she figured that it was the most sense for her to drink her sister's favourite drink for the night.

"Really?" The American asked as he cocked his head,

"Yeah, she is sat with her boyfriend over there." Sasha pointed over to 𝐊𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐀 𝐌𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐑 and 𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑-𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐎𝐋𝐃 who was in the middle of a conversation,

"What are you thinking about?" She added as she looked back to the boy,

"It's my sisters birthday too," Christian explained as something caught Sasha's attention,

"Is she the one waving to us?" The reporter asked as she looked past him to see a girl stood there looking towards them.

"Where?" The footballer turned around to see 𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐀 𝐏𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐂 awkwardly turn around as though she wasn't looking at the duo,

"Please tell me that isn't a girlfriend." The German held high hopes that the boy was single,

"I'm single and that is my sister." The American turned back to her with a smile,

"Well, that is a bit of a relief," Sasha spoke in a joking tone as she let out a giggle,

"Why's that?" Christian asked as he rested his head on his hand,

"Because most cute guys are not single." The reporter confessed as she smiled,

"So you think I'm cute?" The footballer smirked as he watched her turn a shade of pink,

"Did I really say that out loud?" The German's eyes went wide as the boy nodded,

"Good god," she added as she shoved her face in her hands.

The problem with the couple is that they don't really know where everything went wrong,

Sasha's best guess was the lack of time that they spent together.

With their time-consuming jobs, they were never able to spend a lot of time together,

It was always one of them left before the other one was awake and then would come home once the other was sleeping.

Due to the small amount of time that they would actually spend together it began to be more practical for them to sleep in different rooms to avoid waking the other one up.

Eventually, it got to the point where they barely spoke a few words to each other,

They weren't fighting by any means but they were barely talking,

Which honestly felt way worse.

The big question everyone wanted to know was,

Is there a light at the end of the tunnel for this couple or would everything crash and burn?
