𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞

Sasha had met 𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍𝐒𝐎𝐍 who was Brendan's girlfriend,

"So how long have you two been together?" Sasha asked curiously as she looked at the girl,

"About five months," Kat smiled as she placed her hand on top of her boyfriend's,

"So you're with Christian right?" She added as she cocked her head,

"Yep," the reporter nodded as she tucked her hair behind her ears,

"Congrats on the baby by the way." The student had found out about it through her boyfriend before she hopped on the plane,

"Thank you," the German smiled as she realised that she actually got on with the young girl,

"I'm going to get some food," Brendan spoke up decided that he was hungry,

"Do either of you want anything?" He added as he cocked his head,

"No thanks," Sasha shook her head as she watched him walk away,

"So if you don't mind me asking, what do you do?" She added as she realised that she didn't know a lot about the girl.

"Oh I'm a student at Clemson," Katherine explained with a smile,

"So how'd you meet Brendan, I thought he lived in Philly?" The reporter furrowed her eyebrows as she learnt that they had only known each other for about a year,

"He did," the student nodded as she fixed her hair,

"I work as the University team's photographer and one of his old teammates had a brother in the squad." She explained as she smiled.

"How'd you meet Chris?" She added as she didn't know how it happened,

"He was the first player that I ever interviewed and before I left he asked for my number. Shortly after he asked me on a date and then we all know how it ended," Sasha explained with a grin as she watched Christian run out to warm up.

Sasha and Christian arrived back as they needed to go to another scan,

It was the first one since she left the hospital.

"How have you two been recent?" The doctor asked as she sat down,

"As good as we probably can be," Christian explained as he held Sasha's hand,

"Yeah," Sasha nodded in agreement,

"I have some big news for you both," the doctor explained as she set up the ultrasound machine,

"Today we may be able to see your child's gender." She added as the duo gasped,

"Really?" Sasha asked as she gasped,

"Yeah," the Brit nodded as they checked her belly.

"Would you like to hear it?" She added as the duo looked at each other,

"Yep," the spoke at the same time,

"Do you know what you would like to have?" The doctor asked as she was obviously delaying the answer,

"A healthy baby," Sasha spoke in a duh tone,

"Doc with all due respect please just hurry up and tell us," she added as she groaned,

"I will pray for you that your labour is not long," the doctor spoke in a mumble as she tried to hold back a grin,

"Wait how long could it be?" Christian asked with wide eyes,

"Depends," the Brit shrugged,

"Listen here, if you take your time I will pull you out myself," Sasha looked at her stomach and spoke in a warning tone,

"So don't test me," she added as she tapped it,

"On that note, you two are having a boy," the doctor explained with a smile,

"We are?" The footballer grabbed the girls hand as he gasped,

"We're having a boy!" The reporter cheered as she looked at him,

"Holy shit," the American mumbled as he kissed her.

Christian and Sasha decided to spend Christmas together and at home as they just wanted some quiet time together before their baby boy came into the world.

"What movie should we watch?" Christian asked as he watched Rocky follow Sasha back to bed,

"Home alone?" Sasha proposed as it was a proper classic,

"A sucker for the classics," the footballer smiled as he shook his head,

"You bet," the reporter shrugged as she sat down,

"What's wrong?" The American asked as the girl gasped,

"He is kicking," the German explained with a smile,

"Give me your hand," she added as she grabbed his hand,

"Wow," Christian whispered as he felt the child moving around,

"That's our kid in there," he added with a smile as he couldn't believe it,

"I know!" Sasha nodded in agreement,

"Thank you," she added as she watched the excited boy look away from her stomach for a moment,

"For what?" The footballer cocked his head as he grew confused,

"Being there for me when I needed it," the reporter explained,

"As we promised, through hell or high water." The American mumbled as he placed a kiss on her lips.
