All six of us walked into Sir James's office. He studied our eyes as if to see what we were up to.

"Hello Cole, Jade, Jake, Carla, Joe, and of course... Mark" he said. We all responded with a quiet "hi".

"You all should be honored. I have some excitement prepared for you guys. Turns out. We have been taking our time talking about Henry's absence. But none of us are doing anything about it. We have just discovered that we don't have as much time as we think we have. We are not the only ones seeking Sir Henry. The demon armies have been busy. They aren't going after mortals anymore"

"Then who are they going after?" Jake asked.

There was silence in the room until Clara responded. "Us" she said. "Guys. Us Hestords have been blind this whole time. We have been targeting Henry. the demons are going after Henry's key. If they take control of such a powerful weapon. They could kill us all easily."

James nodded. "We need you guys to stop them. Cole is the one supposed to retrieve the key. Henry foresaw it. You are all a team now. You must be the saviors of the Hestords."

"What's in it for us?" Jade asked.

"Well Jade, I believe you all want to regain your respect after what happened last time. Especially you Jade" James said.

The expression of guilt on Jade's face was clear. Something had happened before that went wrong, and Jade was probably the cause of it.

"Wait a minute Sir, how exactly should we be honored when there is an all powerful army coming for us?" Joe asked.

James didn't respond, instead he said "Pack your bags, you are leaving in three days. Oh... and one more thing. You might want to train the savior"

All eyes looked at me. I held my breath. James took the whole thing as if it was a field trip. "Take this" Said James as he handed Jake a scroll. "It's a map with the path you are supposed to take. You must head south to visit Carlos. He will tell you where to head. These are the six demon nests. It will be dangerous but you must not avoid them. Answers may lie in the heart of each nest. Good luck." James concluded.

They all nodded like they understood. I was the only one who didn't. Once we all left. I followed the group to the training arena. Someone was missing... Jake. Oh well, I'm not gonna meddle with his privacy. The four others ran over to the different activities. I walked around. I saw a big buff guy demolishing a training dummy with a huge iron fist. I saw another boy with blond hair poking a training dummy with a crowbar. Not doing much damage. Then I saw a boy waving some sort of staff at a glowing orb. A came closer only to realize that the meter long staff was a giant... toothbrush?

"If your wondering what I'm doing, you could just ask" the boy said with a rude attitude. "In case you're wondering, this weapon is deadly. If I touch you with this. You could lose your memory. With one quick slash, I could wipe your memory clean" the boy bragged.

"Oh you do wiping too?" I asked sarcastically "man, you are really into heigene"

"I am warning you new boy, I can beat you at any magic" he said.

"Oh you wanna magic trick? Here's one. Pick a number" I said

"Seven" he said

"Take it away"

"Zero"

"Congratulations, that's how many f**ks I give about your threats" I replied.

"Thats not magic!"  He complained "Try and battle me with real magic!"

I smirked and replied "Abera cadabera! ... nope, you're still an idiot"

The boy cursed at me under his breath and walked away.

"Hey. Don't leave" I said. "You just brushed passed me" . I can just imagine him threatening someone to brush their teeth. You will regret fighting me! I will brush you so badly! He would say.

I walked around. I saw a girl combat training with Jade. She might as well been a plastic bag. The seven pounds of make-up on her face could make Barbie jealous. Jade was slashing with her whip. Meanwhile, the other girl was holding a blow driver, and she was swinging the cord like her high heels depend on it. At least she was putting up a good fight. Until Jade got bored of going easy on her and kicked the girl's feet knocking her to the ground.

"Good job Ashley, just focus more on being stable" Jade advised.

I walked around and I saw Mark throwing knives at targets. He was really accurate. His knives filled up the bullseye on the target.

I walked some more to see a bunch of other people with a bunch of other weapons. I saw a group of archers shooting at a dummy far away. Until Joe said "step aside juniors" and he equipped his sling shot with a little round object from his belt. And he shot. As soon as the sphere touched the dummy. The dummy exploded. Joe walked away with pride leaving the dummy in flames.

I had the urge to go out there and use my sword. But I thought it would be better if I waited. Anyway. I was gonna wait there until it was time to sleep. I needed a rest. I guess I said goodbye to the normal life.

A whole new adventure awaits.
