"Do you think it tastes as bad as it smells?"
A blonde girl and her boyfriend were in the woods, about to smoke weed for the first time. It was around 7pm and it was cold outside, their skin felt cold and their lips were dry.
"Oh please if it did then people wouldn't be addicted to it" the boy said. The girl just shrugged, she had a very sassy voice, the way she carried herself were as if she just fit the typical hyper-feminine mean girl stereotype.
The boy smoked the weed, he took a big breath in with it, surprisingly, unlike most first timers, he didn't choke. He exhaled, letting a big stink smoke out of his mouth. He handed it to the blonde girl, but right before she could take it from him, the blondie felt a stabbing pain in her heart, she moaned in pain, and then began to scream as the pain grew and grew.
The boyfriend just stood there motionless, the blonde girl felt some type of betrayal with his failure to scream out for help, or at least hold her as she fell to the ground, grasping her chest, but he did nothing. Instead he just watched her, his eyes were filled with guilt, but he didn't do anything. And when the girl finally stopped screaming, beginning to gasp for breath, he bent down and put her head on his, as he hushed her and began humming a song, or perhaps it was a lullaby. The pain the girl was feeling began to fade slowly, as did her breath, until she let out one last sigh, and lay limp on her boyfriend's lap. Dead.

"Josie? Josie!!"
Josette opened her eyes slowly and blinked, she looked around; she was still where she fell, in the dormitory area, her head laying on the Hope Mikaelson's lap. She noticed the Mikaelson was nearly in tears, for some reason.
When Josie's eyes opened Hope let out a sigh of relief, this was quite odd for both of them, considering after a quarry they had a year ago, the tribrid and the saltzman twins stopped talking."Oh thank God, are you ok?" said Hope. Blinking rapidly and looking into the twin's big eyes.
"I-I'm fine... Are you?" Josie replied, freeing herself from the tribrid's grasps, "what was that?"
Hope gulped, as she struggled to reply "it's a magical outburst it happens when I'm worried or scared and stuff like that. My aunt Freya used to get them too." she stuttered a lot.
Josie's perfect eye brows formed a small frown, as her lip's parted and she looked at Hope,
worried. The Mikaelson heir's stomach knotted itself, this is exactly the type of look she had been avoiding. She didn't want one of the Saltzman twins to be concerned or worried for her. She hated when they were, Josie's concerned look made Hope feel sick, she got up, freeing herself from the twin's merciful eyes.
"I've uh— I've got to go do- something. Just- Bye, goodnight, see you tomorrow. Or not." Hope practically ran back to her dorm room and slammed the door shut behind her. As she entered, the tribrid thought she saw a familiar blue light on the mirror from the edge of her eye, her heart skipped a beat from fear, she quickly turned her head to the right to look at it the mirror, and saw nothing. She sighed in relief.

The next few days went normally, Hope kept her head down, to avoid having another magical outburst she needed to stay away from things that'd make her mad, sad, or angry. Thankfully that was easy for the Mikaelson, if she didn't want to socialise people simply kept out of her way, they feared her, even her friends. Or, friend.
Hope was aware of the eyes that would focus on her; Mr. Saltzman and Emma treated her like a vulnerable toddler that was one moment away from creating the apocalypse. Dorian would ask her how she was doing from time to time, but she knew Dr. Saltzman was the one asking him to keep a close eye on her. The new, unexpected set of eyes, are what made the Tribrid's week uncomfortable. Hope would sometimes feel as if someone was staring at her, she'd look around and then lock awkward eye-contact with Josette Saltzman. The first time this happened was what kept replaying in Hope's brain.
The Mikaelson's close and only friend,
Victor Cathe, was talking about something that had happened in Math class, which Hope had skipped.
Victor was a newly turned vampire, who was fairly attractive; he had a light brown skin complexion, that flattered his loose, big, black curls that fell on his forehead in an attractive manner perfectly. Hope had always noticed a small, yet very hot, thing about him, the way his lips curled whenever he spoke. He barely had any cheek, his cheekbones were extremely defined and shaded, like someone straight out of a Tim Burton movie. Him and the Mikaelson have been friends for years, he was there for her when parents died, same as she was there for him when he first turned.Hope felt a presence, or a stare, or something behind her, while her friend was story telling, she looked around the lounge room in curiosity and annoyance, only to find Josette Saltzman, who was sitting alongside her sister and girlfriend, looking at her distractedly. The tribrid's world suddenly froze; she couldn't take her eyes off of the Saltzman brunette. Her heart began racing, as she stared into Josette's big, honey brown eyes, from the distance. The Mikaelson's body suddenly jumped, for no reason she could tell off, she blinked, and began breathing again, why'd she even stop in the first place? Josette let out a sigh and turned her attention back to her sister and girlfriend.
