Y/n POV
I felt myself waking up on what felt like the ground and my head was resting on someone's lap I slowly opened my eyes as I was met by aris's eyes looking at me with a slightly relieved smile I smile back still a bit shaken up since the last thing I remember was me passing out "hey love you okay" yeah I'm fine I replied I look to my right to realize I was in the pit and I see Rachel Harriet Sonya and Ella at the door they where looking in another direction when Rachel snapped her head back when I made a slight noise getting up "OMG YOUR OKAY DONT YOU EVER SCARE ME LIKE THAT AGAIN YOU CRACKFACE!" Racheal yelled back at me with a worried yet relieved tone I smiled at her "sorry" I giggled and she did the same (Rachel's my best friend at the vale she cared for me and I cared for her we looked after each other and hand each other's back no matter what no body could break the bond that we had together she was basically my sister) the rest of the girls looked back with smiles "what happened why are me and aris in the pit" I asked them "that crackface pat has everyone convinced that this is all your fault for killing a griever and "messing" with the hole and no one really believe her but didn't want to get in trouble with her and her little gang it's so stupid"Rachel spoke with anger lacing her words as she crossed her arms and huffed out a sigh "well we have to find a way out and that needs to happen now the doors as we can all see aren't gonna close and those grievers are gonna keep coming back until we are all dead" I told them which the all agreed "so what's the plan" Harriet asked

Come we didn't wanna leave so many valers behind even this there was barely any left of us we got 5 girls lia ,Zoe,beck,sunny and Lilly to join our plan the rest were to scared to leave which I don't blame them Rachel went to go back some stuff we may need like weapons and some food in a bag that she would carry Harriet got the extra keys from the map room and went to let us out all of us snuck around until we made it to the doors as we were about to leave pat yells "WHERE ARE YOU GOING" "we are leaving now anyone who want to come can come but we are leaving with or without y'all" I answered the girls looked at each other as two more joined us Emily and rose "Any one else this could be our last chance the grievers will come back these doors ain't closing"but none came "good luck with the grievers" pat smirked as in a way saying we were not gonna make it I rolled my eyes and we started running in the maze we ran for a while my limp was making it harder to run but I had to get these girls and aris out we ran threw each section as we made it to the griever hole I got down looking for the rock again as Sonya helped me as well we finally found it as the doors where opening screeches the grievers there here "EVERYONE GET READY TO FIGHT FOR YOR LIVES" I yelled "DONT DIE" Harriet yelled back "GREAT WHE'RE ALL BLOODY INSPIRED" me and Sonya yelled at the same time everybody got there got there weapons and I told Rachel to go the hole to punch in the numbers I was gonna tell her we all started fighting as we heard yelling of girls that were getting pushed of the edge or getting hit by grievers I was fighting as I was able to push it of the edge but it grasped my leg last second and pulled me done with it I grabbed on to the wall for dear life AHHHHH I screamed in pain as it scraped my leg "Y/N!" Sonya me aris ran to me Sonya stabbed the grievers in the eye making it let go as aris pulled me up hugging me they soon left as they had to keep fighting or else we were all gonna die then I griever pounced on me I healed it back with only my wooden spear "Y/N WHATS THE CODE HURRY"Rachel screamed in a panic "1..43...6..2758" i answered struggling "WHAT WAS THE LAST FOUR"she yelled again "2..7.58" I yelled back the spear snapped I thought this was it the grievers was gonna kill me a shut my eyes when I felt the weight of the griever off my body aris pushed it off the edge he ran to me "are you okay" he asked frantic "don't scare me like that" he told me as he kissed my forehead he got me up as we ran the doors were closing we got passed them as the last door closed leaving what was left of the girls in a pitch black hole Rachel slowly pushed open the door as we went through it was what looked like a lap but it was all broke and dead bodies of what looked like doctors or scientists i stared in shock we looked around when Sonya clicked a button making a screen turn on with a lady with blonde hair come onto the screen( I'm not gonna right the whole speech cause she talk to much lmao) the video finished as the lady shot herself the screen went black we looked back and see her dead body next to a chair "what now?" Rachel asked " as I was about to answer "STOP! We are not leaving " it was pat my eyes widen when I realized she was stung as well as all the others did "pat yes we are look we made it we are free" I told her trying to clam her down but it didn't she pulled out a gun aiming it at me I gulped " we can't leave we belong to the maze" she cried out her hand shaking then BANG!
I shut my eye but nothing I opened my eyes to see Rachel in front of me and pat on the ground with a spear in her "NO NO RACHEL PLEASE NO YOU CANT LEAVE ME" I yelled as she dropped to the ground I cried and cried "I-it's o-o-okay y/n get them out h-here take this" she handed me a necklace I grabbed it crying "no please your my best friend I can't lose you" I cried out again she smiled weakly at me "I love you y/n" she said her voice shaking "I love you to" I told her as she took her last breath "no no no please wake up Rachel please" I said shaking her body sobbing aris came to me hugging me as I buried my face in his chest sobbing my heart hurt I just lost not just anyone but Rachel someone I considered my sister I couldn't take the pain "it's okay y/n" aris whispered to me rocking me back and forth as I could hear all the other girls crying a bit as well then the doors busted open revealing guards as they came up to us with guns and grabbed us pulling us away one of the grabbed me "NO NO PLEASE I CANT LEAVE RACHEL PLEASE" but they ignored as I fought back seeing Rachel soon leave my view as I cried we got out side it was full of sand as the guard threw me into a helicopter with the others aris wrapped his arms around me hugging me tight I continued to sob "don't worry your all safe now " one of the men spoke I kept crying but soon got really emotionally and physically tired and fell asleep in aris  arms
