Chapter 7: A Connection.

I open my eyes to get a glimpse of the sun rays. I sit up and rub my eyes "another morning" I yawn and I stand up popping my toes and I look at my watch and it reads 10:46am. I slowly get up and look over at dabi's dresser and I notice a note on it. I think about not opening at first, but then I see it says "for the sleepy head y/n ;)" I sigh and smile and walk towards it and decide to open it and I read in my head,

Hey y/n, I'm off to meet some friends, there's some money on the counter if you get hungry, I'll see you later dollface <3.

I smile at the note and head downstairs and I soon realize how filthy dabi's house was compared to mine. I decide to clean it up a bit before he gets home. I run next door to change and I put on some Nike shorts with a sports bra and I tie my hair up and I take my AirPods as well. I quickly dab on some mascara and eyeliner with some chapstick. I quickly run back into his house and take out the cleaning supplies I brought from my house. I settle in and connect my AirPods to my phone and start playing "the night we met by Lord Huron."

It's been about 2 hours and I just finished cleaning. I'm pretty sweaty and I look gross as well. I stretch my back a bit and I take back my cleaning supplies back to my house. I enter my house and lock the door behind me and head on up for a shower. I wash my hair, shave, and etc. I exist the shower and just throw on a baggy black shirt and some teal sweats and socks. I curl my hair a bit and throw it into a ponytail as usual. I decide to go back to dabi's house and I grab my keys and leave through the front door and head towards dabi's house. I enter the house and it looks amazing. I smile at myself and throw myself onto the couch. I turn my phone on and scroll through Twitter, and Instagram. And soon enough, I drift into sleep.

Dabi's P.O.V

I drive up to my house and I can't wait to see y/n, I've missed her, but I want to know everything about y/n. For starters, what happened to her, where's her boyfriend, does she not have family, and so many more. I take a nice breath in and let it out and I turn of my car and open the door and walk up to the house. I open my door and I yell, "Hey y/n I'm ba-" before I finish my sentence I cover my mouth and I see her sleeping on the couch and I noticed she cleaned the house, it hasn't looked this good in a while. I sigh and I walk up to her and kiss her forehead and carry her up stairs to my bed I carefully put her on my bed and I put a blanket over her soft body. I smile and I kiss her cheek. As I'm about to walk out, I hear her saying "stay Dabi, please." She says in a raspy cute voice. I look up and comb my fingers through my hair. Alright y/n, if you insist, I hop into bed and y/n gets into my chest and I hug her tightly.

I start hear a loud buzzing sound. I peak one of my eyes open and notice y/n is still asleep. I smile in relief and I slowly move my arm to my dresser and notice it's y/n's phone. I pick up gently and my eyes widen as I read the contact name. It reads out as "bakugou aka babe <3". I hesitate to answer because it's definitely none of my business to go and answer other people's call's, but I'm curious. I slowly get up and carefully placing y/n's head onto a pillow and I quietly but quickly leave the room. I close the door and head downstairs. I answer the phone and a deep, scratchy voice begins to talk "hey y/n, how have you been?"
