Today was the day!

My mom and I were currently in our car driving to our new house in North Carolina.  I'm so excited.  We already moved all our major things in like furniture and now we're bringing our clothes and then we're all done.

Before we left I did say bye to two people.  Their names are Andrew and Bobby.  They are both two years younger than me but who really cares.  That's such a typical highschooler thing to care about.  I met Andrew when I was four and he was two.  We were neighbors up until now.  Ever since the day we met we hung out as much as possible until he got new friends when I moved on to middle school.

I met Bobby when I was three.  My mom and I were walking our dog, that we no longer have, and his siblings and him were outside.  At the time I was only friends with his sister who was my age but eventually Bobby began to hang out with Andrew and I and then we started hanging out too.

They're my only friends I've ever had that I felt the need to say bye too.  I mean come on.  The rest aren't gonna notice I'm gone anyway.

Suddenly I heard the car door shut and realized we had stopped.  I looked to my right to see our new beautiful house waiting for me.

I got out of the car grabbing my two suit cases and dufflebags.  I slowly struggled up the stairs and into my new room with my bags.  I dropped everything to the ground then decided it was time to unpack.

After I had finished unpacking everything and putting my bags away it was about five pm so I looked out my window to see if there was anything I could do outside.

While searching for something to do I noticed two boys and a little girl approaching my house.  I heard three knocks on the door.

My mom was still unpacking so I said I'd get the door.

"Hellllooo" I said as I opened up the door.

"HI I'M SKYLYNN!" the little blonde girl replied excitedly.

I giggled at her and looked up to the taller of the two boys.

"I'm Nash and this isss" he said as we waited for the smaller one to finish his sentence.

I waved my hand and he seemed to come out of his daze.

"What oh sorry I I'm Hayes" he said with a smile.
