Seasons change

Chapter 9

"Its okay creccia." Spade says whispering into my ear. My parents dies two days after my conversation with brother. They were killed by one of the thinkers for the most awful reason. They were killed because they stole my data card from the ceremony room. They did it to find out what season i am. What season i was meant to be. What season i fit best in. I wanted to die. Right there i just wanted to die. Being sad is interesting. Its an emotion lots of people have, and its an emotion i have only experienced once when i talked to brother. have been feeling so many emotions lately and i couldnt bear it. So i just cried into Spades shirt, which smelled like pine trees and slmething else that smelled good but i didnt know what it was. The last time he saw me cry was when i fell down the stairs in kindergarten. I was such a wimp. Spade was all i had. My brother had betrayed me. Me family is gone. He is all i have left, and i need to cherrish that. "You ready?" He asked me. I nodded as i walked into the testing room. Today i have my test. Today i will find out what season i really belong in. I remember Mr Bakes telling me that i would go through a series of tests. I would be in a world where only that season exists. He said that there will be many obstacles that i will have to face. I am so anxious. But i am not scared. I am brave and i am a warrior. When i first walked into the room, i was approached by two thinkers. I cant look at them. I hate them all. I dont ever want to look at one again. They killed my parents. And they ruined my brother. I clenched my fists. The tests come in order accordingly. Winter, spring, summer, fall. I will be going into winter first. "Dont worry this wont hurt." I heard one thinker say. They are holding a small tube with a wierd looking color liquid. I reminded me of my dress. I loved that dress. I remember feeling the material on the train before going to my ceremony. I remember Spade telling me how beautiful i was. I just wish i could have that feeling again.
