Love is weird.
One day, you're loving your life normally. You're a good student, have a ton of friends, and the star member on the soccer team. But then loves gets in the way, and screws it all up. I never thought that love would get in the way of that. I never even though love was real. But it is. And it did.

"Miles! Wait up!" I hear my best friend Ryan shout at me as I run through the halls. "What the hell do you want? I need to get to my next class." I say. "You do realize we have a test, and I want to study." Ryan doesn't understand the whole concept of studying. He thinks that what the teacher taught us two months ago is enough to pass.
Maybe that's why he's never gotten a grade higher than a C.
"I need to talk to you!" He yells. "It's important!" I turn around and walk over to him. "What is it?" I ask curiously. I've never seen him so serious.
"I just got a text from Jenna, and it's really important." He said, in a serious tone. My heart drops. Why would Jenna text him something so serious?
"What did it say?" I ask loudly, my voice cracking in fear.
"She said hi." He said, as he started laughing his ass off.
"You're a dick," I say as I punch him, jokingly on the shoulder. He's always doing things like that. Scaring the living shit out of me. I'm surprised I still fall for it.
Why do I always fall for it?
Do I really think my relationship is that fragile? I think to myself. I push the thought aside and continue walking to class.
