Am I Lucky?

Ch:4

Age 11:

Many things have changed, I changed to another school and it was too big as compared to my old school. I miss Nisha and Olivia so much.

I go to the school to take admission in a new school, they told my dad that they will take a mini-test if I passed they will give me admission but if I can't then I will not be able to take admission there.

Mom and Dad told the principal that my sister Claira is intelligent and she will pass the exam easily but if I get failed then please let me in the school.

Inner thoughts:

Seriously Dad I'm intelligent too. I know that I'm not interested in studies that don't mean that you will request the Principal like this...

But wait!!! Oppss I think that they are right I don't know what test they will take from me. What if I failed? Oh God please save me because I don't want to ruin my reputation.

Inner thoughts principal told my parents that they will take our test now. I was too afraid now and continuously praying to God for help.

After some time two teachers came and take me and my elder sister with us. One teacher takes Claire with her for the test and another teacher takes me with her. It was a classroom where five teachers were sitting. One teacher gave me a piece of paper which was my test.

I write my name on the test and when I saw the test I didn't understand anything. So, I decided to look at her and therefore the time possesses I started watching a teacher who was doing her work attentively. She was too cute, her eyes were big and there was a mole on her chin which makes her more attractive.

"She is too cute and my previous school teacher was quite a horror, I still remember how she beats me up. That was hurt. " I was mumbling but suddenly I saw that teacher was standing in front of me. I pass her a smile and she started smiling.

"What's your name, cute girl?" She asked.

"My name is Sarah Collins Mam," I said.

"You are cute Sarah by the way why are you not taking your exam." She asked.

"I haven't learned anything because I don't know about this test and now if I failed then my parents will think that I'm an idle girl," I said while making a sad face.

"Don't worry dear I'll help you but promise me that you will never tell anybody that I ever helped you Okay? " She said.

"I promise teacher". I raised my hand like I'm taking an oath.

After that she helped me, I also don't know anything about the test and I was so happy that God helped me.

When I completed my test, my parents were anxiously watching me with surprise and said, "Have you completed your test dear?".

"Yeah" I replied.

Then they stay quiet and started waiting for my sister. After some time she came and started crying when my parents asked her the reason, She told them that her test was not gone so good so my parents console her and we waited for the result.

I was eating chips and chocolate and my parents and sister were anxiously waiting for the result.

Suddenly a teacher came to us and she told my parents that the principal is calling them.

My parents leave us outside and go inside the principal office and when they come outside the office their faces were full of surprise. They were watching me and I was like, "Hello What's going on?".

Then they both said together that," You have passed this test with the highest grades, and your sister got 60 percent marks."

And I was just thinking that God helps me even though I challenged her.

After that, my parents were praising me and talking about that how I know everything and I just reply them that "I knew everything" because I can't tell them the truth otherwise they will make fun of me and consider me.a dumbo.

My parents take me and my sister to the ice cream parlor and we enjoyed there so much.

I was feeling so much lucky because I got everything which I want.

I was sure that my life will be perfect in Middle school too and I was so excited about that.
