"Ah, good God..."

"Didn't we go over this already?"

"I'm appreciating art, Kuroo-san. You should, too! I mean, HAVE YOUR PUPILS EVER DILATED TO THIS!?" At that proclamation, I pointed at the amazing sculpture of Lady Oscar from one of the many known shoujo creations The Rose of Versailles, and my favourite might I add.

How can a shoujo convention be held without her glorious presence?

Truly, I'm in heaven.

Had I not went along with the body-switching thing, I would have never remembered the event taking place today in the mall.

For that, I give my many thanks to the Mocha of my nights.

Also, some mild thanks to the exhausted Rooster that still stands by my side.

"You bought manga to have it signed by their authors, hopped from one event to the other, stared at useless merchandise for hours without buying anything and stood exactly at the centre of all the havoc twirling around like a child holding her parent's credit card in a candy store." Kuroo finished the long list of my wonderful set of activities and sighed deeply before whispering with a lazy smirk, "which I filmed."

"Just don't publish it, it'll go viral," I replied sassily with a pose.

"Gotta keep what's precious to myself."

For a moment, my whole body went ablaze at the blunt comment and the confident look on his face, but that quickly was covered when I looked at something else to keep my emotions at bay.

Is he going all out now? Not even trying to hide it?

That's quite unfair.

I would absolutely hate myself if Kuroo were to redirect the aim in which I'm shooting my undivided affection.

Commitment is something that I'd very much like to keep especially when I'm taking my feelings for Yaku seriously.

It would certainly be distasteful of me to think the feelings I have for the Libero are light and fragile to the point they can easily be eradicated by someone else.

I wouldn't want that.

I wouldn't want to be the kind of person whose love is meaningless. Not when I take it too seriously.

Loyalty.

Something I would like to give even to my oblivious crush.

Putting a stop to any deeper thoughts I might be having, Kuroo spoke cheekily, "You have no right to object. I'm only taking my payment for this wild goose-chase. And about that promised ice cream, I'm gonna be free with my toppings' choice and amount. Prepare your wallet for a harsh blow."

As an attempt to neutralise the intimate moment, I dared to say, "challenge yourself. Show me mountains on a cup."

Rooster's grin widened, "alright, I'm all yours."
