Chapter 4

When i had read all of them i turned to Draco and he looked disgusted. "What is it Draco?" i asked. He showed who had written the letter. It was Pansy. I dragged the letter out of his hand and read:

Hi Drakie! It's Pansy! How are you? I heard that the Sai's have moved in with you. How is it? They have a girl in our age right? What's her name? Was it Nathalie Sai? She seems like a bitch. Why is she even moving in with you? Are your parents friends? Is she starting at Hogwarts? Don't talk to her! For me.. Please.. Yeah, yeah.. See you at Hogwarts in one and a half weeks! I'm looking forward to seeing you again!

"Excuse me? Did she just call me a bitch without even meeting me?" i asked, looking up at Draco. "Yeah.." he answered. "And did she just tell you to NOT talk to me?" i said now angrily. "Yup.." Draco just answered. "But i'm not going to obey her! You know, you're my best friend!" he said. I smiled, walked up to him and hugged him.

"Do you know what they want to talk with us about?" i asked. "No," he answered. "I wonder what it could be.." i said. "Let's ask Bryce if he knows!" i said and took Draco's hand. I dragged him through the bathroom into Bryce's room. "Bryce!" i said as we opened the door. "Yes?" Bryce asked. "Do you know what they want to talk to us about?" i asked. "Yeah.." he muttered. "WHAT IS IT?" i asked. "I can't tell you, sorry sis," he just answered. "What. Is. It?" i asked. "NATHALIE! I'M NOT THE ONE TO TELL YOU!" he yelled. Draco dragged me back a little since Bryce stood up and started walking toward us. "Is it bad?" i asked. "I think so," he just answered. "Now get out!". I took Draco's hand and dragged him back into our room. "I have to break up with Daphne," i said randomly. "What?" Draco asked. "Yeah, i need to do it now, i just got the feeling when Bryce said that," i answered. I sat down at our desk and started writing a letter about that i need to meet her. Draco sat at the same time down beside me and also started to write a letter. "Who are you writing to?" i asked. "Pansy," he answered. "Oh.." i said as i took out Oliver and tied the letter around his claw and sent him out the window.

"Do you want to read it?" he asked when he was done writing it. "Yeah, sure," i said and took the letter.

Hello Pansy. I'm good. Or yeah i was. Yeah, the Sai's have moved in with us and me and Nathalie are sharing room. So don't call her a bitch. Don't. EVER. Call her that! And yes she's starting Hogwarts now. And yeah, i'm gonna talk to her. She's my best friend, so why wouldn't i?

"Gosh Draco, isn't that too hard?" i asked. "No," he said shortly and tied it to Axl's claw and let him out the window.

After a while both Oliver and Axl came back. Both with a new letter tied to them. Mine was from Daphne.

Hi Nat! I miss you! It sounds important.. Has something happened? Ohh.. And Pansy told me you live with the Malfoy's now. How is it? Well, if it's important why don't we meet in half an hour outside the Malfoy Manor?

I took out an little parchment and wrote;

Draco just crumpled his letter and threw it away. I didn't have the courage to say something. I just tied the letter to Oliver and opened the window. I was just going to walk down to my mother and was going to ask for permission to go out for a walk. I was actually going to meet Daphne. When Draco took my arm. "Where are you going?" he asked. "I'm going to break up with Daphne," i answered. "Ohh.. Okay.. Good luck.." he said.

I walked to my mother and asked if i could go on a walk and she said yes. I walked out and outside of the Malfoy Manors gates. I was ten minutes early so i walked into the forest and looked around when i heard someone on the road upside. I heard it was Daphne so i went back and said hi to her.

"Hi Daphn," i said. "Hi Nat! How are you?" she asked. "I'm fine," i answered. "Has something happened?" she asked. "Daphne, i need to tell you something.." i said. "What?" she asked. "I- i do- don't have feelings for you anymore.." i stuttered. She looked up to me. "What?" she asked. I tried to smile at her, but i couldn't.. "A- are- y- you.. Are you breaking up with me?" she asked. I nodded carefully. She started tearing up and turned around. She just walked away. When i couldn't see her anymore i walked back into the manor. I walked up to my room. I needed Draco. I walked in and met his eyes. i started tearing up. He stood up. "Come!" he said and held up his arms. I flew into his arms and we fell to the floor. We both started to laugh as a tear fell down my cheek. "It's okay Nathalie, it's okay!" he said as he started stroking my hair carefully. Soon i sobbed into his chest and not just because i was sorry for breaking up with Daphne. It was more. Everything i felt bad about i cried about. It usually was so. I held everything inside and when i finally started crying i let everything out. Draco just held me tight, stroking my hair and tried to calm me down.

"KIDS! DINNER!" Narcissa yelled after a while. I looked into Draco's eyes. "They're telling us now!" i said. Draco wiped away a tear from my cheek. "Yeah, but it'll be okay, we atleast have each other," he said. "Yes," i smiled.

He hugged me again but we didn't let go. When i started tilting back a little he stopped me. Our faces were so close. Why did i want to kiss him? It felt like he wanted to kiss me too. We were so close. I could almost feel his skin. It was soft. He finally took the last step and kissed me. He tasted mint and green apples. It tasted good. I opened my mouth so he got access to my mouth. Our tongues started dancing with each other and i felt safe. Suddenly it knocked on our door and we quickly pulled away from each other and Draco stood up as i wiped away my tears. Narcissa opened the door. "Dinner, and.. The announcement.." she said. Me and Draco looked at each other. We both blushed.

"C'mon!" Narcissa said. Draco started walking with her. "I'm coming in a second!" I said and closed the door. I wanted to read Blasie's letter. I ran over to the bed and looked between the mattresses where i had putten the letter and there it was. I took it out and read:

DON'T SHOW DRACO! DON'T SHOW DRACO!

Hi Nathalie! It's Blasie Zabini. Draco has told me so much about you! I heard you're a prankster? Me too! Let's prank Draco! I'm thinking about something tomorrow maybe? Write to me when you can and Draco can't see it! I heard you share room.. Good luck with that. He's annoying sometimes.. Yeah, yeah..

I laughed. Of course i wanted to prank Draco.

I went down the stairs. I had completely forgotten about the thing they wanted to tell us.

I sat down at the table between my parents and Draco opposite to me. We both blushed when we looked at each other. Our legs touched and we both blushed even more.

"So.. Nathalie.. Draco.. We need to tell you something.." Lucius said. "What is it?" i asked. "You know.. That we need to hold our pureblood line," my mother said. Both me and Draco froze and looked at each other. "You're getting married," my father said quickly. Both me and Draco sat silent. We just stared at each other in shock. "Ar- aren't we a little to.. You know.. Young?" i asked. "Well, you need me to be sixteen to get married. "But we're only fifteen!" i said. "That's why we are waiting until the day after your sixteenth birthday since Draco is a half year older. It got completely silent. Me and Draco just tried to get the news into our heads. When we both realized what really had happened we looked into each other's eyes. I couldn't take it any more. "I'm sorry," i said and stood up. I ran up to our room. "I should go look how she is," Draco said and ran after me.

He walked into our room and saw me sitting, crying, on our bed. He walked over to me quietly and sat down beside me. I flew towards him and started sobbing into his chest. "W- we're to, to y- young.." i sobbed. "I know Nathalie, but we can't do something.." he said. He held me tight and stroked my hair.

"Nathalie? Draco? Are you guys okay?" we heard Bryce asked from outside our room. He slowly dragged down the handle and opened the door. "When he saw me crying into Draco's chest he walked in and sat down beside. "It's going to be okay Nathalie!" he said as he started stroking my back. "I- i- i kn- know.. I- it's ju- just tha- that we-we're to, to yo- young.." i sobbed. Draco took a harded grip around me when Bryce sat down closer to me. I felt safe.
