Clay POV

Clay ducked as Kestrel swiped at his snout. He jumped up and pinned Kestrel down. 

Kestrel breathed fire at his neck, and Clay jumped up in supprise. The angry gaurdian took that time to claw at his shoulder, making Blood pour out.

Come on clay! You can do this. You are part of the prophecy that will save Pyrriah. You cant loose to this stupid skywing.

Filled with anger, and  excitement he swiped his claws down part of her underbelly, he didnt notice that he was about to kill her before Dune stepped in. 

"Clay!" Dune Growled. "Why did you try to kill your Gaurdian?"

Clay suddenly realized what he has done, and kinda felt guilty. But he loved the exitement of battle and wished that he were battling in the war.

"shut up Dune." Kestrel wobbled up bleeding, she turned her attention to clay, "That was impressive mudwing."

Clay was obviously Kestrel's favorite. He even fought better than tsunami the bossy seawing. He loved being praised by her.

Sunny POV

Sunny always felt that she had a deeper connection with the others than clay. She felt something was missing about his personality. 

He seemed like a blood-thirsty, Battle-loving Mudwing. 

Atleast Tsunami who also loved battle, cared about them, but Clay just usually spent his time with Kestrel.

Well it doesn't matter what our peronalitys are. what is more important is that we stop this war She thought determinately.

What changed:

-Clay is more blood-thirsty than before

-They will not have escaped because Clay wanted to stay in the caves

-The others wont have as deep of a connection with clay

-Because they never escaped, Glory most likely got killed

-they never interacted with Scarlet

-They never went to the rainwing, seawing, and nightwing kingdom

-Because they stayed, Blister became queen

-The nightwings took over the rainforest

-No JMA
