As of March 30, Bennett and Declan had some "business" to fulfill so I'm stuck here at the base. Sweeping the floor isn't really the best pass time activity since I'm dying to binge read the entire Percy Jackson series again.
Yes, books are certainly a girl's bestfriend.
Sadly, since the two left, not only am I in charge of keeping the coast clear but this bibliophile is also in charge of "Jordan duty."
For all the people in the world...
Why?
Why am I stuck with him alone? All I hope is that this won't be chaotic since our little boy blue is napping. I could still picture the moment which was about few hours ago, when I was forced to agree with this setup:
"Everything will be fine. Jordan is a kind guy he won't bite." Declan laughed.
Jordan snapped his fingers, "Okay Dec, that compliment oddly rhymed."
Bennett blinked. "You know that Declan was actually insulting you... right?"
"Oh." he paused, "In that case-"
I walked towards Declan and pointed out to Jordan who's jumping on a trampoline while jump roping.
"I can't accompany a guy who's doing an outdoor workout inside!" I motioned but Declan just rolled his eyes on me.
He replied, "I do that to..."
"That's not the point." I cut him off. "There's a fat chance that I'm really going to be in trouble, first, trampolines then next he might-" I whispered but was immediately interrupted by the shoe landing on Declan's face.
Thud. Declan grabbed it. It turns out that Jordan's shoe, indirectly stepped on him. Wait, that came out wrong-
Bennett was shaking his head in the background as Jordan was laughing out loud. Declan was obviously not pleased, he was tempted to punch the mischievous blonde, but Bennett gave him the signal that they'll be leaving.
Declan gritted his teeth and just threw the shoe right back at Jordan's stomach. "OW, THAT'S WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU LET YOUR HEART WIN-" Jordan sang throughout the chorus of and even hummed the riffs.
"Look Naomi, we will just leave for a little while. We'll be coming back soon. Don't worry, Jordan will be in his room all day." Bennett assured me.
"NO FAIR! " Jordan whined as he crossed his arms like an eight year old boy.
Bennett glared at him. "Room's upstairs."
"Fine." Jordan sighed as he got off the trampoline and headed into his room.
I bit my lip, my mouth was quiriving. The last time I was left alone with this guy, we were running away from the cops from vandalizing a building he had a permit to. There is no way that I'm repeating the same mistakes.
"Okay, see you later Naomi! Gotta go." They said in unison then they were gone.
"Noooooo!!!!!" That was my war cry as if I was in the dimensions of Sparta; calling out to these two warriors who went out for a hunt.
