Strike for me, Bowling with the guys

"In your face Declan!" Jordan rejoiced.

Declan's jaw went down, this must have been the third time Jordan had strike.

Jordan was dancing around like an idiot making a fool out of Declan but the truth is he was just making a fool out of himself. I hid my face not wanting to see Jordan's horrible dancing.

Bennett put his hood on since he didn't want to expose that he was with a guy like Jordan.

"I got the eye of tiger!" Jordan sang.

Bennett sighed. "Jordan?"

Jordan looked back and stopped dancing. "Yes, Bennett?" He asked innocently.

"I'm begging you on behalf of Declan, please stop." Bennett said in frustration.

Declan rolled his eyes.

I decided to pipe in, "Hey, where's my ball. I wanna bowl right now guys." I whined. It's not fair that Jordan gets to hog the bowling ball.

Jordan gasped. "Can you beat-" he referred to himself showing some swag moves, "this?" He challenged.

"Please, it's all about the calculations." I pushed my glasses up. "Plus the rule of physics." My lips formed into a grin.

Declan's eyes widen. "Seriously?" His voice croaked.

Bennett let out a low whistle. "Ladies and Gentleman..." He got a ball and gave it to me. "Naomi Lorraine."

And out of nowhere a trumpet noise came.

We all glared at Jordan.

"What?"

"Stop it moron." Declan snapped.

I just rolled my eyes on him.

"Don't give me that Naomi, I was giving you a dramatic moment." He said in a duh tone.

I took a deep breath and walked toward it.

Bennett gave me a small clap.

This is it.

"It's the final countdown!" I looked behind and it turns out to be Jordan who was smiling mischievously holding his phone up.

The two guys grunted and glared at him.

"Fine, I'll stop." He put his phone down.

I took a deep breath. After all the experiments I did, projects I worked on, and calculations that ran into my mind.

It felt as if time stopped.

As I watched the pins that are perfectly standing my eyes narrowed.
My mouth twitched, I was ready for this I walked a little bit closer and everyone just watched.

When the ball reached the top, I slowly drag it down or it could be the gravity that's pulling it down because with it's mass it could not remain above.

Everything went in slow motion, the position was just right, the ball came out from my hands a perfect swish then it rolled to the pins.

The guys stood up and watched how it went. My heart stopped pounding.

"Look at it go!" Declan pointed.

Then it hit the first pin on the middle slowly the pins keep on falling down.
There was one that stood still though the pin on it's right side slid to it, the pin finally went down and I got a strike!

The arena went dark and Jordan grasped for air making me flinch back to reality..

I smiled and looked at Jordan.

"Ha! In your face Wallace!" Now it was my turn to dance like an idiot.

Now they were playing the jingle when you get a strike.

A low voice came from the speakers, "Strike." It said.

The guys came to me and I ran to them hugging Declan first who I felt was burning in embarrassment.

Then I pulled away and ran to Bennett and hugged him. I jumped up and down squealing like a ten year old fan girl and from the corner of my eye I saw Bennett's cheek turned into a tint of pink.

"Naomi?" Bennett called.

"Yes?" I said overwhelmed. Then I realized that I was hugging them too long and finally pulled away.

Jordan tsked. "They get hugs and I don't?" He stretched his arms out.

I gasped. "Aren't you-" I pointed him head to toe, "the enemy?" I said dramatically.

He rolled his eyes. "Really Naomi?"

I smiled. "Nah, I'm just kidding." I ran to Jordan and gave him or should I say he gave me my victory hug.

I heard people coughing from behind.
I pulled away and Jordan grinned.

"You two are just jealous."

"There is still a battle going here." Declan referred to the game.

"I'm going for another round." I walked back and got a ball and walked back to the arena.

The guys laughed.

Nothing is better than having fun with your friends. The thought just made me smile.

LOL.

I thought that I should make a one-shot about skating.

Plus, I should take out the dramatic parts LOL.

Well, sorry that this was a bit crappy.

I will just do better next time.
