Pain {Nagato} ! love story

Welcome to the Akatsuki

I woke up early in the morning replaying the memories of last night, I got my stuff and headed out to the gate. On my way there Shikamaru ran up to me and escorted me to the gate. "Lunita, promise me you'll be safe... I..." he said while holding my arm. "I like you... I like you Lunita, but its late now so its whatever. I just want you to promise me you'll be safe."  "Shikamaru I liked you too! Why didn't you ever tell me!" I replied with a crying "I wish I did... I'm going to miss you. I just wish you could stay." "Mee too" he came closer to my face and kissed me, the kiss is what I dreamt of for years now and I'm getting it now, when I'm leaving forever probably.

It took me 2 days to get to the rain village, I started looking around "There's nothing here, is this some trick?" I stammered as I looked over to see Deidera calling me. "You finally came, hn" he asked annoyed, I just ignored him as he led me to the Akatsuki's hideout. "We're here.." he said as he led me in. I got in to be surrounded by nine people all in common wearing the Akatsuki's cloaks. "Finally, you made it." itachi smiled at me as I replied him with a glare saying 'we're not friends' "Who is she Pein sama?" asked a tall man with grey hair perfectly slided to the back. "She is a ninja from the leaf village, she will be joining the Akatsuki's in place of sasori, She is also a strong ninja, that's why I requested for her personally. Lunita"pein answered.

Everyone came closer and started introducing themselves:

"kisame, nice to meet you"

"Deidara, art is my life, we could be friends if you like art"

"itachi, you know me quite well I assume"

"kakuzu, nice to meet you"

"hi this is Tobi, Tobi likes Lunita! Tobi like candy!"

"Zetsu"

"Konan, its good to have another female"

"Enough everyone! Lunita follow me" he said as he grabbed my arm, it pained me but I don't think he noticed how hard his grip was on my wrist. He finally let go of my arm as we made it to a dark room with a large table and chairs. "This is my office, if you need anything from me i'll be here most of the time" he the continued "sit down" as he sat on the large chair and I sat on a smaller one behind his table, facing him. "Well now that you are here, I will let your hokage free to her village" "thank you sir" "You shouldn't call me that! sir are mostly for old men, do you think im old?" "no sir... um I mean leader... sorry" he let out a small chuckle "Lunita breathe im not going to kill you or anything, Pein is fine" "Oh yes sure, sorry" he let out a gasp "stop apologizing Lunita"

PEIN POINT OF VIEW:

As Lunita made her way to my office I could feel her gasp as I let go of her wrist, was she hurt? She sat down like I asked her to and looked into her eyes as she muffled her tee-shirt with her hand. I looked up and tried reassuring her that her Hokage was safe so she could atleast trust me and know im not here to hurt her, I tried getting her to laugh at the joke I made but she didn't seem to take it that way, she started apologizing and she said 'sir' again. She looked at me again acting all tuff.

BACK TO YOU:

I looked back at Pein waiting for him to break the silence or show me my room or something! anything! but no! he kept quiet looking at me. Isnt he embarrassed or something. I feel my face get more heated as he kept on staring and inspecting me like im some valuable rare treasure he never saw before. "Pei..in..?" I quietly asked "Yes?" he replied quite calmly "Am I dismissed?" he looked at me once more before getting up and leading me out "Let me show you your room" we walked into the dusty hallways as I saw doors get more and more until he stopped at this door, he opened it and revealed a dark room with little amount of light, a large bed with a door to the shower and a wardrobe at the edge of the room, with a cloak resting on my bed "This is your room, and your cloak, if you need anything my room is next to yours. Goodnight Lunita" he said leaving my room.

This is a new page of my life, I wonder if I'll ever let go of my past. I touch my lips remembering my kiss with Shikamaru. If only we had more time.
