Getting up out of bed not really remembering what happened last night I walk over to the shower and let the warm water take over me. Stepping out I put on my clothes and walk downstairs smelling the fresh smell of bacon.
I thought mom had to work today? I thought, I shrugged it off and walked into the kitchen. Luna was in there cooking, her haired tied up in a messy bun, looking cute as ever. In a friendly way of course, I'm obviously straight.
" Hi princess, how'd ya sleep" I shrugged not really knowing the answer. Giving me a sly smile she puts some pancakes and bacon on a plate.
"Eat up, you need it"
"Thanks" She smiled and sat next to me.
"So what are our plans for today, since it is the weekend." I started thinking, maybe we could go to the mall, or maybe get coffee, or maybe the park, we live in pretty small spot so maybe we can do some little nice things, we don't really have a beach or anything so maybe the mall would be good for now.
" We could go to the mall and see from there." She smiled and nodded her head.
Finishing up our food she offered to wash them.
" No you go ahead and get ready, I have some clothes you can wear or you can go back to your place and get your clothes."
She nods and heads upstairs, guess she's going get my clothes. She comes back down with some jeans and a white tank top and a jacket.
" We're matching! " She laughed then nodded.
"Guess we are, cmon let's go" she grabbed her keys and we got in her black range rover and headed to the mall, walking in there are a bunch of stores, we head into the clothing store first seeing I wanted to get some more crop tops, looking around at some shirts and some skirts I found the perfect one. It was a black skirt perfect length for me and now I just have to find the crop tops.
Walking out with bags in our hands we stop to the ice cream shop getting the ice creams then heading to a bench just by the street. Sitting their talking and laughing we decided to take a walk.
She takes all of our bags and puts them in the back seat of her car while I was looking around my eye caught two people who look vaguely familiar, walking up to them I notice it's Jason and some chick, they were making out, obviously soon to be fucking when they got home, Luna stood right next to me out of breath.
Luna's POV
I race up to her after she basically ran across the street. Out of breath I stood next to her. Her ice cream was melting all on her hands and she was squeezing the life out of it you could see her knuckles going white and her eyes start glistening. A tear drop falls from her eyes as she drops her ice cream and walks towards the couple that were making out.
She goes up to the brown haired guy and slapped him right across his face and started yelling at him, tears flowing out of her eyes.
I quickly run up to her, grabbing her arm.
" WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME, I thought you loved me, what happened to all those nights we would stay on the phone at all times of the night, you're just going to throw that away for some chick who probably didn't even do shit for you!"
I pull her back towards the car as she starts crying into my side. I open her door for her and she slids in queitly sobbing.
"I'm sorry, you don't deserve this" I tell her.
"Maybe I did something wrong, that's the only explanation." She mumbles.
"What no it's not. You did not do anything wrong i can promise you that, he's just a dumbass who doesn't know who he just lost" She nods her head still sobbing.
"You want to go back to my place love bug" She nods her head again and I start driving towards my home.
~Maddie's POV~
We start to pull up to her home. I take a good look at it. it's a huge mansion she has. She parked her car and we walked inside her home. She placed her keys down and showed me around.
"And lastly. My room" She opened her room door and it was beautiful. She had her LED lights on her which were blue, she had a Black bed with vines on her walls, Her television was on the wall. She had starts on her roof and a fish tank. "You can come lay down and we can watch a movie if you want". I nodded and sat on her bed taking my shoes off before laying down.
"What do you wanna watch."
"I don't know, you pick whatever" She gives me a look obviously telling me to choose something to watch.
"Fine, we can watch stranger things I guess." She smiles satisfied with my answer. She puts on stranger things and I cuddled into her side.
"Thank you" I mumbled
" For what?"
"For sticking with me and helping me. Even with my dream and my outburst earlier, you still stuck. Nobody had done that for me. Especially my mom and dad since they work most of the time."
" Of course, you don't have to thank me"
" I really do. At least I feel like I need to."
We continue to watch stranger things for the rest of the day As I slowly start falling asleep once again.
" I hate you, you're so annoying and needy"
I hop up out of bed. Out if breath. Sweaty. I look to my side and see Luna not there. I panic and walk out of her bedroom to look for her. Wandering around the halls. It was dark so I was terrified. I felt eyes on me. "Luna" I call her name. I feel a hand on my shoulder. I scream loud.
"Hey calm down it's me" I relax as I fall in her arms
"You scared me Luna" I hear her chuckle as she strokes my hair.
"What are you doing Down here anyways."
" I was looking for you." I could technically hear her frown
" Another nightmare" I mumbled and 'mhm' before she strokes my hair again.
"Wanna go back to bed"
"Yes please" she grabs my hands and trails me up the stairs back to her room. We back in bed and I cuddled up to her side as she strokes my hair, smelling her addicting scent. once again helping me soon fall back to sleep in her embrace.
