Carly Sugarcakes/Dr. Glitter Killer

Cary Sugarcakes(voiced by Carly Rae Jepsen): She's a glitter enthusiast, owner of the popular glitter industry called Glamour Glitter, and Branch and Creek's childhood best friend. She's the cutest Pop Troll because of her pretty voice and big heart. But she has two dark secrets: she's allergic to glitter, and she's Dr. Glitter Killer. She tried to create a potion to cure her significant allergy long ago. But it went wrong, which turned into the hot looking and villainy Dr. Glitter Killer, Dr. Jekyll, and Mr. Hyde style.

Appearance: She's a periwinkle Pop Troll with boysenberry hair held in a curly ponytail up. Her eyes are blue-violet while wearing iris purple glasses and mauve(blend of peach and purple) nose. She wears a Venus Women's Organza Polka Dot Dress. She also wears a Swarovski Heart necklace - Mya Jewelry. It will glow to let Carly know that she'll transform into Dr. Glitter Killer.

Personality: She has a big heart with a kind, sweet, well-mannered, and gentle persona to add. She can be shy around others, but she doesn't mind making new friends since she values friendship so much. Since Branch and Creek were her first best friends, she's the heart that can make Branch and Creek get along so well, even if they aren't best friends again. She can create different kinds of glitter with potions and chemicals. She loves it despite her allergy to it. She's very determined to make it suitable for the Trolls. She has a long-time crush on Branch, but she knows that he loves Poppy. She wishes to move on from him and accept that he and she can't be together. She tries to move on from him by dating Creek, which she begins to grow some feelings for him.

Dr. Glitter Killer: (voiced by Avril Lavigne) Out of all the villains that the Trollstopia Trolls faced, she's the hottest looking villainess ever seen. Her goal is to be rid of the world of glitter with the power of turning it into Troll-eating monsters. She thirsts for Branch's soul that's she forces herself on him. She also wants to rule the world by turning all Trolls back to their darkish and monstrous basics. Because of the potion, she gained powers to control and animate glitter into her image.

She enjoys it so much that she'll go to great lengths to cause suffering to her victims. She enjoys showing off her hot looks and getting attention. She has an intense hatred towards the glitter and happiness of the Trolls. She seems to have a firm conviction in her goals and possibilities, clearly showing what she wants and showing an unusually aggressive, provoking, and provocative personality.
