"looks like we all had the same plan" nobara hums as we all examine the incomplete domain forming around us, suddenly from the roof pops out the curse which starts squealing, as it shrieks i manage to pick up on another voice and turn to see another curse. "two curses? that doesn't make sense." i hold my hand out, black ooze-like fog appears from it and forms a scythe. "that curse isn't related to this is it?" itadori asks whilst staring at it "no.. it's different" megumi confirms, "nobara, megumi you guys deal with the mole, y/n lets handle this one." itadori smiles at me and i nod in response.

itadori and i run towards the new curse from different directions, i grab the very end of my scythe and raise it to swing right through the curse but it suddenly spits blood, i dodge and stare at the blood now splattered on the ground which was sizzling 'acidic?' i look back to the curse to see itadori pummelling it, i reform my scythe into a katana and rush towards the curse, i attack it from behind and manage to slice it. As it bleeds i step back and furrow my brows in confusion 'why did that feel so much different from when i attack other curses' my heart swirls at the strangeness of this curse? thing? i take the moment of unsureness to check on megumi and nobara who looked to just be playing a game of whack-a-mole.

'something feels wrong' just as i think this a black void appears and pulls nobara away and into it "kugisaki!" megumi shouts, itadori and the other curse pause the fight and look towards where nobara has disappeared to "big brother!" the curse exclaims in an excited tone and runs towards the hole, jumping through it "itadori follow it." he hums with a nod and jumps through the hole.

"megumi, something feels off about this curse. Why would 2 unrelated..curses suddenly appear here if there wasn't something else going on?" i stand next to megumi who seems to be deep in thought when his eyes widen "the curse only started being active around June, which is when Sukuna incarnated" we both look up as a barnacle looking hole appeared and spits something out.

i grip my scythe and run towards the curse of the incomplete domain, i slice its arms off and aim for its head next as my scythe connects it stops "you're stronger than that other one." i click my tongue and withdraw my scythe, "megumi! this one is strong! it probably has sukuna's finger" i shout.

suddenly a black wolf appears beside megumi who rushes forward and tries to attack the curse but is swiftly thrown to a wall "megumi!" i click my tongue as he seems to be unconscious, i go to hold out my hand but stop as i hear megumi shout something as black gooey figures appear on the ground, but for some reason not around my feet. i look back up to see megumi fighting the cursed spirit with the most emotion i have ever seen on his face, "i feel as though i'll just get in the way.." i push aside the thought and hold my hand out again this time a gun appears, i raise it and aim it towards the spirits head then shoot, just as the curse disperses megumi's incomplete domain, its head explodes instantly and megumi uses the black divine dog to punch a hole through its chest, grabbing the cursed finger at the same time.

The curse starts to fade as does the domain, megumi retrieves the finger from the divine dog and drops to his knees, "megumi" i rush towards him "are you ok?! you're bleeding quite a lot" i check over his condition in concern as he looks up at me, "I'm tired-" he pauses and throws up before passing out, i frown slightly "i feel like i rarely ever get hurt whenever we fight cursed spirits." i sigh and grab the finger from him 'should i just give it to itadori so he can eat it? considering what happened last time..'

-10 minutes later-

i sit next to the sleeping megumi feeling anxious as the other 2 have yet to come back, suddenly i hear rustling, i look up to see itadori and nobara "are you guys okay?" i jump up and check them over, nobara seems the most injured, as i am looking over the 2 megumi wakes up and panics at the missing finger "Y/n where is the finger?" he asks and i pull it out of my pocket, he relaxes at the sight of it

"i was thinking that perhaps itadori should just eat it" they look at me confused "no we aren't sure how many fingers itadori can consume" megumi states "yeah we should just seal it" nobara adds "yeah but what if it just causes problems like last time? sukuna seems annoyingly keen on eating them" "yeah just listen to the woman!" we here an irritatingly familiar voice and look over at itadori covering his cheek with an angry face "uh, sorry he just kinda does that" i walk over and hold out the finger, itadori holds his hand out, however, instead of giving him the finger i hover it over his hand, a mouth quickly appears "hurry up!" i sigh "it's probably best not to have many spare fingers lying around, sealed or unsealed." i look at megumi who hesitates "i suppose you're right" he finally responds. "can you play tug and pull with it?" nobara leans on my shoulder and megumi walks over as i plop the finger into sukunas mouth, he swallows and then disappears "tch not even a thank you" nobara mumbles "how's that even work.." i furrow my brows at the confusing anatomy.

"you brats!!" we all turn up to the bridge to see nitta "we should go home" itadori says as we begin walking to climb up towards the bridge.

-the next day-

"an assessment to see what grade i am?" i tilt my head at gojo who stood at my dorm door "yup! since we haven't be able to determine your grade i had someone i know recommend you to be promoted." i stare blankly "ok so when is it" "i'll send you a message about the details later" he stays standing at my door not saying anything for a moment "why don't you come grab a bite with me" he smiles, i scoff "why would i?" my brow raises slightly "causee, i'm really curious about this" he holds up a few pieces of paper in front of my face, my eyes widen "where did you get this." i glare up at him, my heart beating fast from the anxiety i felt "it wasn't that hard to obtain for me" he smirks "so you gonna come?" "after i get changed." i say through gritted teeth.

was thinking about stuff i had planned awhile ago for this fic and suddenly wanted to finish this draft, i'll begin working on the next chapter cause i wanna delve more into y/n's history and stuff.

anyways hope this chap was ok, need to get better at describing fighting scenes.
