Steve, Bucky and I all took his luggage upstairs. It wasn't much, but I couldn't take some of it since it was too heavy. Bucky's room was on my floor since first of all, he had the same skillset as me so he could use the training room. And second of all, because Steve begged me to let Bucky go in the spare room which took some convincing. Once we reached my floor, I saw Bucky look humbled and almost relieved. Something must've really given him a beating.
We reached his room, Bucky took a first step into the room and took in every single millimetre.
"Steve and I thought you'd like it. Is it alright for you because if it's not I-"
"y/n it's beautiful, thank you so much you two."
Steve waited by the door until Bucky had found himself comfortable. His room was based 1940s style since that was where he was most happy, with us.
"I'll leave you two to unpack, in the meantime I'll be downstairs if you need me" He mentioned. Bucky gave Steve a pat on the back before closing the door again and let out a loud sigh.
"You okay Buck?"
"y/n, you didn't see me for sixty eight years, and my death was faked. Yet the way you treat me and then to the way you treat Loki. Why?"
I let out a shaky sigh myself, I didn't really know why. It just felt right to be mad at him.
"I don't know Buck. I should talk to him, but something about him has changed and I can feel it"
"Do you know?" Bucky asked, his voice filled with concern.
"Know what?"
"The attack"
"What, who and where"
Bucky looked shocked at me for a second and then started pacing around his room
"Where were you in 2012?" His voice was nervous as if he needed to tell me something big
"In one of Starks cells below the tower, why?"
"y/n- Loki put an attack on New York. He was being brainwashed and killed innocent people. He went back to wherever he came from when he 'died' but came back to earth to- to find you.." he explained. My eyes filled with confusion
"W-what!?"
"I'm sorry y/n, I thought you knew"
"It doesn't matter, what he did was wrong. Now can we please unpack your stuff before I punch Loki in his perfect face?"
Bucky nodded and sensed my rage within. After we unpacked his things, I decided I'd go back to my room and take a shower. Once I reached the soothing, hot water, my eyes flooded once again
Could this day get any worse?!
I stepped out the shower, wrapping myself in a towel, and apparently, things could get worse. Loki was in my bedroom.
"Loki, get out"
His face dropped his hope and inhaled a large amount of air
"Please, just listen"
My eyes were looking the total opposite direction of Loki, this argument would be like trying to get blood out of a stone.
"JARVIS can you get Bu-"
"PLEASE Y/N!?"
I looked back down, I should really listen.
"Never mind JARVIS, could you just turn off Loki's location for 5 mins?"
"As you wish miss l/n, have a nice day"
I turned around to see Loki sat on my bed, his eyes were just as puffy and red as mine were, and his hair was tangled up instead of slicked back. I wanted to tell him I loved him and everything will be okay but a part of me simply said no.
