Izuku's POV
I was sleeping until I heard some noises and woke up. I see someone opening the door to my room slowly. None of the nurses should be checking in on the patients at this time; I quickly pretend to be asleep. The footsteps of the person are getting closer to the hospital bed. I hear a slip noise and I slowly open my eyes. It was Todoroki standing over the bed with a knife in his hand about to stab Kirishima. "TODOROKI NO!" I yell.
Just as the knife was about to stab Kirishima a hoard of bubbles surrounds Todoroki. "Ugh WHAT THE HELL!" Todoroki shouts. He steps back a few steps and drops the knife trying to cover his eyes. "Hmm... What was th- OH MY GOSH!" Kirishima shouts and quickly picks me up and carries me to the other side of the room.
I see a nurse at the door frame panting. "I'm sorry I tried to stop him." the nurse says gasping for air. "T-Thank you." I say. "You are so ANNOYING!" Todoroki shouts as he lunges towards us with the knife. Kirishima doges the knife and the knife makes a hole in the wall. Todoroki lunges at us again but gets held back by this gum kind of thing. I see another nurse in the room.
"WHY CAN'T I GET OF THIS STUPID THING?!" Todoroki shouts. I start to panic and hold my ears. Suddenly the pink gum thing starts to have frost cover it. The gum thing shatters and Todoroki runs over to me and Kirishima. He tries to stab Kirishima but I activate my quirk and push his arm out of the way. "Ahhh you bastard!"
Ice crawls across the floor and up Kirishima's legs. "Crap I'm stuck." Kiri whispers to me. Bubbles start coming towards Todoroki but he throws a piece of sharp ice at the nurse with the bubble quirk. "ACk. I-I'm s-sorry." the nurse says. "NOOO! Please stop Todoroki, I'll do anything just stop hurting people." I yell. "Anything?" Todoroki asks with a smirk on his face. "Anything, just don't hurt anyone else." I plead.
"Okay. Come here Izuku." I cringe a the name Izuku but I obey and get out of Kirishima's arms. I start to walk towards Todoroki but Kirishima grabs my shoulder. "Please don't." Kiri pleads. I don't say anything I just give him a reassuring smile and gently move his hand off of my shoulder. I make my way over to Todoroki and as soon as I'm in his reach he grabs me and pulls me into a hug. "~Good boy~" Todoroki whispers into my ear. I start to cry. "Aww don't cry it's okay." Todoroki says to me with the least bit of sympathy. It only makes me cry even more.
"Now why don't we leave." Todoroki coos in my ear. I nod my head slowly. Todoroki carries me bridal style. He starts to walk out of the room when the same pink gum stops him. "UGH not again." he grumbles. I hear sirens outside of the hospital. 'SOMEONE MUST HAVE CALLED THE POLICE! YES'
Todoroki gets angry and breaks out of the sticky gum substance. He sets me on the floor and jumps out the window while saying something. "I'll get you next time Izu~" he says. I start to cry. Kirishima comes over to comfort me. The pro hero midnight rushes in the room and as soon as she saw Kirishima holding me she started fangirling. "Ahem. Aren't we supposed to be catching the villain." Mt Lady addressed. "Are you okay?" Midnight asks me. "Y-Yes." I respond.
Time passes by and everything is situated. The nurse that got hurt is now being treated. "Good news the nurse is going to live." Mt Lady says. I sigh in relief. "Also the security is being upgraded an-" before Midnight can finish her sentence Mt Lady interrupts. "There will be a pro at the hospital 24/7 while you two are here." says Mt Lady. "HEY I WAS SUPPOSED TO SAY THAT!" Midnight shouts. "Sorry I couldn't help myself." Mt Lady jokes.
They start squabbling. "U-umm guys." I say nervously. "Oh sorry, we will get going." Mt Lady apologizes. They leave the room but as Midnight leaves she says something that makes my face turn as red as Kirishima's hair. "Don't get too freaky you two." I try to explain to her that Kirishima and I aren't dating but it's too late she already left.
"U-um w-we s-should g-get s-some s-sleep." I say to Kirishima. "Y-yeah" We both get into the bed. We quickly fall asleep after the long night.
Todoroki's POV
'Damnit I was so close to killing Kirishima. HECK I WAS SO CLOSE TO GETTING MY LOVE. But those stupid nurses had to ruin everything.' I get a phone call from Toya and I answer it. "Hello?" Hey "What do you want?" Whoa calm down I just want you to come and visit me "Okay what's your catch?" What do you mean there is no catch I just want you to be there for when we address our plan to capture your lover. And to scold you. Toya mumbles the last few words. "Whatever, well I'll be there in 30 minutes." Okay bye I LoVe YoU. I don't respond I just hang up.
I start to head towards the base.
