Ch. 20 "Feeling"

                                            Alessia POV 

It has been weeks since I was injured I am now fully healed and injury free, currently I am taking some tips from Klaus about fighting werewolves, 

When I say tips I mean Klaus training me which results me being pinned by my throat on the ground, 

"I have to say darling I do enjoy watching you get pinned on your back," Kol said from behind us, 

"Kol, really," Klaus said looking up glaring at him 

Klaus stood up, 

I sat up,

Klaus held out his hand for me, which I took, 

"You are making progress," Klaus said 

"Really because I'm starting to think fighting isn't my thing at all," I said just below a whisper 

"You don't have to fight, it's just to ensure you can protect yourself from those brutes," Elijah said walking in the room handing me a water, 

"Yeah if you have to you can just run and not have to fight but these techniques are just to ensure you can defend yourself if you have to," Klaus said 

I nodded taking a sip of water, 

I was stuck in deep thought thinking about my family, 

"What is it?" Rebekah asked 

"It's nothing," I said 

"I should uh, go change," I said walking up the stairs to my room, 

I noticed it was dark and storming out, the lightning light up the room from outside, 

I looked at myself in the mirror, some minor cuts still lingered on my skin, but were scabbed but they were healing, 

The lightning light up the room again and in the mirror behind me I see my father, 

I gasp and spin around and that quickly he was gone, 

I let out a deep breath, I walked over to the balcony, opening the door windows, watching the storm, the wind from the storm blowing my dark long hair in different directions, 

I know he is planning something, I can feel it, I feel uneasy, restless, like something very very bad is soon going to happen, 

Sure I'm not any kind of supernatural being, but I just can sense it, and I don't like the feeling at all, 

I hugged my body with my arms as I rubbed my hands up and down my own arms trying to rid myself of the chill that ran down my spine, 

"Alessia?" I heard from behind me, 

I look over my shoulder to see Elijah, 

"Hmm?" I said as I looked at the horizon as the lighting struck again, 

"What is wrong?" He asked now beside me, 

"Nothing.." I said sadly 

"I do not have to have vampire hearing to know you are lying to me," He said 

I closed my eyes, 

"I know," I said 

"Then what has you looking so sad?" Elijah asked 

"It's just my family... I know all the things they've done and what they want me to do,and I don't want to be anything like them, but what if... If I end up doing something that I regret and end up just like them," I said 

"I don't think I will be able to handle that," I said looking at Elijah 

"It will not come to that," Elijah said 

"How do you know?" I asked 

"I will ensure everything to know you are safe," He said 

"And if it does happen, we will all be there to get you through it," He said 

"But-" I began 

But soon enough I was brought into a hug, his chin resting on top of my head, 

"Shh, It'll be alright," He said 

"I promise," He said softly
