Ch. 4 "Attacked"

                                                           Alessia POV 

Tonight I'm subbing for bartender, since Matt flaked so lucky me, I thought as I sat behind the bar reading my english homework, 

"Bartending tonight?" I hear 

I look up to see Rebekah, 

I nodded, 

"Yeah, the bartender had an emergency," I said tiredly

"You look awful," Rebekah said 

"Thank you," I mumbled 

She chuckled, 

"So can you help me?" She asked as she laid the math book on the Bar, 

I nodded, 

"So this problem is 7x=y.3

She nodded 

"Here is how you solve it," I said 

"You take 7 over 7x = 3y over 7" I said 

Rebekah was scratching her head, 

"Then your answer for x should be x=3y over 7" I said 

She looked completely lost, 

"You lost me doll," She said 

I chuckled 

I went threw it again, 

"Come on Rebekah the poor girl is working," I heard a voice say 

"Oh be quiet Nik," Rebekah said 

"Niklaus i'm Rebekah's brother," He said holding out his hand 

I shook his hand, 

"Alessia," I said 

"It's lovely to meet you," He said 

I nodded since I'm not really good, in the corner I see Stefan, his arms crossed looking at us intently, 

Rebekah and Klaus caught on my uneasiness,they catch what I'm looking at, 

"Everything alright love?" Klaus said after he looked at Stefan then at me, 

"Yeah, fine," I mumbled 

Looking back down at Rebekah's book, and continued to help her with math, 

It was late after midnight, I was tired and hungry but I'm used to being hungry, 

I locked up the Grill I was walking home when I got an uneasy feeling of being followed, I pick up my pace, 

Then suddenly I'm slammed up against a brick wall by my throat, my hands instinctively wrap around the wrist of who ever has me pinned, I mean it's not a feeling I'm not used to, 

My family was a bit brutal when it came to my resistance, 

I looked up at my attacker, he had dark cole hair, and icy blue eyes, 

"You will stop seeing Rebekah and the Mikalsons," He said his eyes dilating 

I slap him across the face then bring my knee right where no man wants to be kneed, as he was on the ground I kicked him in the head as hard as I could with that I took off running, 

I round the corner to run right into someone, I can feel my heart beat growing faster and faster, 

"Alessia is everything alright you look frightened," I heard a familiar voice 

I looked up to see Elijah,

Just as I was about to answer the man rounds the corner and I instinctively hide behind Elijah, 

"He attacked me," I mumbled 

"Damon is there any reason you attacked Alessia?" Elijah asked 

Damon looked at me and I looked away, 

"I was trying to get her to stop seeing you Mikalson's," He said 

"So you attacked her?" Elijah said not sounding happy 

"I tried to compel her but it didn't work," Damon said 

Compel? he's a vampire? I thought 

Yes I know of vampires, my family belonging to a pack of wolves, they train you on all that stuff, 

"It didn't work?" Elijah said sounding more annoyed 

I just kept looking down, 

"Alessia?" Elijah said 

I looked at him then looked down again, maybe it's my shyness or I'm in shock but I just couldn't move, 

"Congratulations Damon you have frightened her into shock," I heard Elijah said 

"Come, Alessia," Elijah said his hand in-between my shoulder blades 

We come to a huge house, 

"Where are we?" I asked softly 

"Niklaus's home, we all live here, Rebekah, Myself, Niklaus and Kol," Elijah said 

"Why did you bring me here?" I asked quietly 

"To check over your wound," He said 

He touched my temple of my head which made me hiss, 

"My apologies," He said 

I shook my head, 

"It's alright," I said softly 

"Come let us take care of that," Elijah said guiding me into the home
