Areum's pov

I woke up to kisses being left on my cheek I smile and cuddle further into seojun "wake up" he whispers "why" I say "because" he says whining I smile and look at his face i kiss his nose and quickly run to the bathroom to shower I could hear him laughing

After my shower I got out and my phone pinged I check my messages it was a unknown number

Unknown number-
Hi areum its chan from LA remember we met a few years ago just wanted to let you know im here in Korea if you wanna meet up some time

"Chan" I say to myself trying to remember who he was and then it clicked I met him at a party my mum was doing a few years ago for a Korean family and he was there

I just ignore the text and go out to seojun we head out to eat breakfast together there wasn't much we could really do since everyone else is at school so we just carried on as a normal couple would do

Few weeks later
I was back at school sitting at my desk waiting for lessons to start the teacher walks in he was speaking to someone around the corner before he walked in

"Class sit down we have a new student" he says once everyone sat down he started talking again "everyone i would like you to meet chan from LA" he says my eyes go wide

He walks in slowly the class gasps "wow so handsome" I could hear girls whispering he makes straight eye contact with me and smirks I put my head down quickly

He sits three seats down from me and the lesson continues

After lesson me and the girls leave "so what do you guys think of chan" says soo-ah "he's handsome" says jukyung we laugh "Areum what about you" asks soo-ah "errmmm I have to go i need to go talk with soojin I'll see you guys later" I say and run off

"Okay girls im going to give you 10 minutes to talk no fighting no arguments" says the teacher we both nod and he leaves

We didn't talk for the whole of the 10 minutes just agreed to stay out of each others way

After I head to lunch I walk in to see seojun talking to chan I gasp and turn the other way to sit with jukyung

Is this how the rest of my high school is going to go avoiding chan WAIT why do I need to avoid him it wasn't like I had feeling for him right?

After school I was walking down the steps out of the school "Areum" a voice says I turn around and there he was chan

"Hi" I say quietly "you ignored my text" he says "sorry I was busy" I say "ahhh okay I didn't know you came this school" he says I nod awkwardly "we should hang out sometime" he says "sure" I say

"I'll see you later" he says and smiles and runs off "wow" I say I mentally slap myself "no Areum your boyfriend is han seojun" I say and carry on walking to jukyung's house

Next day
I got to school early and left jukyung behind I needed to study for the upcoming tests so I head to the library

I was studying silently when I hear a chair being pulled out across the table from me I look up and it was chan he just smiles and sits and studies aswell

I checked my phone about 9 times during studying to see if seojun had texted me but nothing

Eventually it was time to get to lesson I pack my things "mind if I walk to class with you" says chan "sure" I say

We walk down the corridor together slowly and silently until we reach the room we go in and sit down seojun looked at me and smiled I smile back God I could faint he is so good looking 

After the lessons we go and grab some lunch and it looks like seojun and chan are becoming good friends I was staring when I was snapped out of it by suho "do you know chan" he asks I look at him with a blank face

"I met him in LA a few years ago why" I say "because" he says pointing to jukyung who was also staring at chan I giggle "don't worry I think every girl is like that its normal" I say smiling

"So we're you and chan ever a thing" he asks "what no" I say he nods "and how do you feel about your boyfriend and an old friend becoming best friends" he asks "weird and I don't know why" I say he nods smirking "why are you smirking" I ask he shakes his head smiling and getting up to leave

After school finished seojun hadn't spoken to me all day I see him by his bike and run over "hey" I say he smiles "hey" he says "you okay you haven't spoken to me all day" I say "im good want to go get some ice cream" he asks I nod

We get to the ice cream shop should I tell him I know chan or not "seojun I have to tell you something" I say he looks at me "i know chan" I say "i know" he says

I look at him shocked "he told me you guys met in LA a few years ago" he says I nod smiling after ice cream seojun drops me off at jukyung's I get off his bike "I'll see you tomorrow beautiful" he says giving me a quick kiss

I smile and run inside "ahh areum your mum rang she said you can go home tomorrow your dad is back from his trip" says jukyung's mum i nod and run upstairs

Then my phone pinged

Hi areum its chan again I was wondering if you want to meet up tomorrow after school for a little catch up and there's something I have to speak to you about

Oh know what does he want to talk about do I say yes or no?
