so turns out, my former person the hydra nurse was
actually a french spy that's working with the avengers
and she was sent to get info on hydra and the winter soldier

but she and bucky got a little too close, then so when the winter
soldier, or bucky breaks free val's character is upset but also
breaks free to go back to France, but tony invites her to
stay at the compound for a bit, and then offers her
to become the newest avenger, and she runs into bucky
there because at that point Bucky was staying at the compound

and they have the whole back and forth bit where
bucky doesn't believe that she's the nurse and that this is just a trick
the avengers are using to get him to trust them but then
she pulls out the dog tags and just ahh
