ch.1-4

Terrance pov

I can't see anything is so dark... for some reason, I can hear a faint voice calling my name and can feel my body shaking all of a sudden I slowly opened my eyes while I start coughing a lot of water in my mouth and tried to catch my breath. " I'm... I'm alive...?" the old man was so anxious and worried that he looked like he's about to cry. " OH THANK GOODNESS YOUR OKAY LAD!!!" I then suddenly remembered Sofia I start panicking and looked for Sofia but she was just right in front of me kneeling and looked like she has been crying so much. she then immediately hug me and start sobbing uncontrollably " WAAHH!!! I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA DIE!!! IM S-SO-SORRY!!! IM SORRY BROTHER TERRENCE!!!" she hugged me tightly she was so worried that something bad might have happened to me I then hugged her back " is okay I'm glad you're okay too... but next time don't run far away from me okay..." I said in a calm voice and try to be a bit strict as well. she understood it and nod and took my napkin to remove her snot in her nose... I then suddenly remembered... " but Oldman who saved us by the way...? I saw a glimpse of a man but couldn't really see it carefully as I was slowly blacking out..." the old man then looked confused he then said " it was pure luck lad no one saved you as I was running towards you I then saw your bodies floating and getting swept away back to the land.

" pure luck...? Sofia then suddenly speak up " IT WAS SIR MEGAN WHO SAVED US!!!" Megan!? did the guy that I saw was really...Megan...? she then said "It's TRUE I SAW A GLIMPSE OF HIM HE MUST HAVE CONTROLLED THE WATER AND PULLED US OUT AND SAVED US," she said happily was that really him? I didn't mistake it did I? I then looked at the old man and said. " hmm it could be possible that Megan was the one that saves you young lad but my real question is why would he saved you both...?" Sofia then said, " probably because brother Terrance is a good guy and Sir Megan decided to save us!" I suddenly felt a bit proud but at the same time, I was happy and relieved that we're alive and safe as well. I and Sofia walk towards Megan's statue and thanked him even though it may not be in person but I'm sure he would hear our gratitude. after going back to the cottage with the old man I then suddenly have given a thought that maybe this adventure of meeting Megan twice I decided to keep it as a secret and now used it for my news report. I think is better to keep things private.

Megan pov

back to the time, I was swimming underwater in the ocean I then suddenly saw a little girl at the bridge. I didn't mind it at first when I looked away in a few seconds I then suddenly felt something the little girl fell off the bridge.  I just then watch her struggle to try to get back up from the surface... but then I suddenly felt a bit pity... but I tried to brush it off and not mind them I looked away as I was about to swim away this time I felt another person that dives into the ocean. he immediately went tried to save the little girl and manage to grab a hold of her and tried to swim back up the surface but he couldn't make it he was slowly getting weak and slowly losing his consciousness. I was about to swim away but I couldn't help feeling even more pitiful towards them. so I went to go after them and just control the water to get them back at the surface and back to their land. it was the first time I ever felt pity towards a mere human but I couldn't help but feel a bit interested for an unknown reason... I then started to watch over them as I saw the 3 of them heading towards to there called... home? I don't know why but I find it amusing if I could try and play with that boy a little longer and as for the little girl... kind of an odd feeling but I felt something a bit different from this little girl that made me curious about what it is.

Terrance pov

after heading back to the old cottage the old man gave us a warm drink I took a sip of it and it was sweet and delicious " wow! it's good is this chocolate?" the old man laugh and said, "it's cocoa I found it around in the jungle there quite famous and well planted here in this forest." Sofia quickly finish her warm cocoa she seems to really enjoyed the cocoa around here she then stood up and said. " Granpa I'm going out for a while " the old man then nodded and I said " alright but be sure not to go too far and stay away from any edge of the lake you might slip again," I said in worried she then nodded and run outside. I then looked at the old man and realized I haven't gotten his name yet " by the way old man what is your name sorry for the late notice." the old man chuckles as he said his name " just call me grandpa Chester I am known to be as the hunter at my young days but was then retired and just became a living old man in the jungle investigating and surviving especially helping many wild injured wild animals here." I was quite amazed by grandpa Chester as I started listening to the story of his younger days.

Sofia pov

while Granpa Chester and brother Terrence were busy talking I was walking around like the usual I do when I first met grandpa Chester here I always run away from home caused... I was kind of scared to be with them...  when I met brother Terrence I always have a feeling that something exciting will happen. I then saw the lake near at the back of the cottage I know brother Terrence just said not to go near them but... maybe Sir Megan will come and save me again! as I was looking at the lake I saw many fishes in there the lake seems to be very deep... I wonder how deep is under there... I then stepped back a bit caused I need to be careful I don't want brother Terrence to get hurt again... then suddenly a person came out of nowhere from the under the lake. a guy with blue hair and blue eyes like the color of the ocean and he's wearing strange clothes... I found it funny but try to hold my laugh I then greet him and ask. " hello... who are you? " he then replied but didn't even greet me back " strange girl didn't the boy said not to come close here?" there was then a moment of silence but I just then nodded nervously he then said, " then why are you here near the edge of the lake you're not trying to break the promise are you?" I then felt a bit guilty and stood up I then apologize and said that I won't come near the edge of the lake ever again. he then smiled and went back underwater I tried to look for him but I can't seem to find him the lake is a bit mossy and is hard to see anything. as I was about to go back to the cottage some two strange men greeted me both of them are like holding a gun and a rope and a bag... I got scared at the two of them. but they ask if I was alone and I replied no then the other guy ask if they want me to come with them they said they'll give me candies and told me that they'll take me to see a carnival, of course, I didn't believe them and I was scared to even come closer to them or follow them but they seem to just try and force me the two seems to about to grab me but I just slapped their hands away and run away quickly and went back inside the cottage. as I went inside I quickly hugged brother Terrence and starts crying. he then asks worriedly if I was okay but then two-man then suddenly barge in. into our cottage.
