Jonathan wakes up and doesn't see Elliot. "El?" He hears footsteps coming into the room and he sees Elliot. "Morning..." Elliot smiles at him. "Morning. I got the mail..." Jonathan slowly sits up. "Anything for me?" "A letter saying you have to testify against Michael..." 

Jonathan's eyes widen and he opens it. He groans. "I thought it would be the end of seeing him..."  Jonathan puts the paper away and gets up. "I'm gonna go shower..." Elliot nods. "Want me to join?" Jonathan shakes his head. "It's fine..." Elliot nods and gets up to get dressed.

Elliot looks at Jonathan from across the table. "Are you okay?" Jonathan mindlessly nods. Elliot gets an idea. "Lets get married..." Jonathan just mindlessly nods. Elliot gets up and sits net to him. "Johnny..." Jonathan looks at him. "Yeah?" "Did you hear a thing I said?" 

Jonathan shakes his head. "Are you okay, is this because the trial?" Jonathan nods. "Come on, lets go get some ice cream and go see a movie..." Jonathan smiles and nods. They get up and get their shoes on. Jonathan smiles. "Do yo think he'll be found guilty?" 

Elliot stops them and turns to him. "Of course, he's the one who did it..." Jonathan nods and hugs Elliot. "Thanks for everything..." Elliot smiles. "I'm so happy I found you..." Elliot leans down and kisses him. Jonathan kisses back and then pulls away. "Lets go home..." 

Elliot smiles and they walk home. Jonathan shuts the door and Elliot pushes him against it Jonathan doesn't like it and tries to make it stop. "E-Elliot..." Elliot pulls away and sees Jonathan with tears. "You okay?" Jonathan shakes his head. "Did it hurt?" "Just my back..." 

Elliot nods and pulls him away from the door. Jonathan follows and kisses Elliot. Elliot turns them around and walks them to the bedroom. Jonathan falls onto the bed. Elliot hovers over him and Jonathan closes his eyes. Elliot stops and watches. 

He places a hand on Jonathan's cheek and Jonathan flinches and tries to move away. "Johnny... just tell me if it's too much..." Jonathan opens his eyes and sees Elliot. Jonathan nods and Elliot smiles. "We can wait as long as you need..." Jonathan leans up and kisses him. 

Elliot gets off the bed and goes to his clothes. He throws Jonathan a shirt and they change. Jonathan cuddles up to Elliot. "Hey, El?" "Yeah?" "Are we ever gonna breakup again?" Elliot holds him close. "Never, I love you too much..." Jonathan  smiles and falls asleep. Elliot sighs. 

"I love you..." Elliot falls asleep.

Jonathan and Elliot are rushing around getting ready for the trial. They leave and get to the trial. "We're here for the Trial of Michael VS Jonathan..." They get directed to the courtroom and Jonathan sees a lot of people. "Nice for you to join us, state your names. 

"Elliot Johnson and this is Jonathan Ashford..." The judge nods. Jonathan sees Michael and turns to Elliot. "I can't..." Elliot looks at him. "You can..." Jonathan is called to the stand. He sits down and listens. "So, you're saying that my client, kidnapped you..." Jonathan nods. 

"Yes, sir, and he raped me..." "Is there any proof, he raped you?" Jonathan nods. "The nurse at the hospital,  Ms. Kailens. She did the rape kit on me..." The man turns to him. "Why would she do a rape kit on someone like you..." Jonathan looks down. "I don't know..." 

"Lets get Ms Kailens in here..."

"Ms Kailens, is it true you preformed a rape kit on Mr. Ashford?" "Yes." "Why did you do one on him?" "Do you have kids?" "Yes. Two daughters" "What's the difference if your daughter was raped to Mr. Ashford getting raped, I needed to test for semen..."

After a long trial, Jonathan is ready for this to be over. "What does the jury find?" "Guilty." Jonathan looks at Elliot in the crowd and smiles. "I sentence Mr. Michael Greene to 5 years in prison..."

Jonathan leaves the courthouse and sees Elliot. He rushes over and hugs him. "You did it!" Jonathan smiles and kisses him. "Lets go home and celebrate..." Elliot smiles and they head home.

Jonathan kisses Elliot and Elliot smiles. "Lets take his to the bedroom..." Jonathan smiles and Elliot brings him to the bedroom. Elliot strips them and they get in bed. Elliot hovers over him. Jonathan smiles and feels Elliot kissing his neck. "What a way to celebrate your victory..." 

Jonathan feels a finger inching closer and closer to his rim. He tightens it and Elliot groans. "So tight..." Jonathan feels a lubed finger enter him. Jonathan moans and looks at Elliot.  Elliot opens him and then takes his fingers out. Elliot goes to push in but Jonathan stops him. 

"We can stop..." Jonathan shakes his head. "J-Just take it slow..." Elliot nods and kisses him. He pushes in and  Jonathan moans. "I love you..." Jonathan arches. Elliot pushes in and out slowly. Jonathan feels his body over heating and he grabs into Elliot.
