It's been four weeks since Bayley has been gone from school. Sasha could feel her nerves on end and waiting for her return. Sasha had searched for her since Bayley left school, but she couldn't pick up her scent. Sasha hasn't heard Bayley call her since that day as well. Sasha was lost in thought when walking into school. Bayley should have been in her math class, but she didn't show up. "Hello, earth to Sasha," Becky said as she snapped her fingers at her. "What!" Sasha said angrily. "Calm down; it's just me. You look like crap. What happened to you. You've been keeping to yourself  lately." Becky said.

"A lot of things on my mind and keeping busy," Sasha said. Just then, Bliss was walking towards them, talking about Bayley. "That dumb ass mute couldn't even get herself killed. I don't know why everyone is so worried about her for. To me, she is better off not being here. She is a waste of space." Bliss was saying as she was cut off. Sasha grabbed Bliss by the throat and lifted her off the ground. "I already warned you, but you still don't get it! If I hear you talk bad about Bayley again, I will ensure you never speak again." Sasha said with the evil of looks. Becky watched as Sasha let Bliss go and watched a terrified Bliss run away with her friends following. "Wow, her scent is driving you crazy. Do you still want to kill her?" Becky asked. "Honestly, I don't think so. All I know is I need to find her." Sasha said.

"Hey, lass, do you realize your eyes turn a dark blue when you think about her. If you wanted to kill her, your eyes would be red." Becky tells Sasha. "What! Are you sure? When you had Bliss in the air, your eyes started to get a touch of red in them. Just now, when we were talking about Bayley, your eyes went to a dark blue." Becky said. "I've never had that happen before. I need to go and find out what this means." Sasha said as she walked away from Becky. Sasha had to think about who she would know that has information about eye color changing.

Just before Sasha was going to disappear, she caught Bayley's scent. Sasha knew Bayley hadn't shown up for school today. Sasha followed the smell and noticed a man holding the hoodie Bayley usually wears to school. Sasha placed herself around the corner to see what the man was up to. When the man turned around, Sasha was surprised to see it was Becky's father. "Dad, what are you doing here?" Becky asked. "Hello, my love, I was looking for Sasha. I figured if I had brought something of Bayley that she wore, she would pick up her scent. You know that the invention for her to meet Bayley's grandmother and father, Roman, is still open. Roman is getting mad that she won't come." Austin said.

"You know I asked her, but she won't give me an answer, and she has been keeping to herself since Bayley hasn't shown up for school. By the way, you just missed her. Sasha said she had something to do and took off. What is that you have in your arms? How come I'm not invited to meet Roman?" Becky asked. "Becky, you are invited as well. I've been asked to offer you a job with the Roman team. He is thankful that you are trying to get Sasha to come to the estate and meet him. Once you are in, you will be branded with a Roman mark. Your assignment will be to give this to Sasha and get her to come to the Roman estate. It would help if you got her to agree ASAP. Promise her she can see Bayley if she says yes. Bayley has been depressed since Roman won't let her come to school." Austin said. "That doesn't sound good for Bayley. Dad, thank you so much! I won't let you down. If I can get this assignment done, will I get another?" Becky asked. "Yes, I have another assignment in mind. I want you to watch over Bayley when she is here at school and wherever else she needs to go?" Austin said.

"I will do my best, and thank you, dad, for the chance to prove myself," Becky said. "Becky, you never have to prove yourself to me! I'm already proud of you and what you have done." Austin noted, kissing Becky on the head. Becky watched her dad disappear and decided she better find a way to locate Sasha. "You want to be a mob member?" Sasha asked as she came out of the shadows. "Well, you made it easy to find you. I'm assuming you heard what my dad just told me." Becky asked. "I did; I was about to leave, and he was right; I picked up Bayley's scent. When I located the scent, it was your dad holding that hoodie. Can I have that please?" Sasha asked. Becky handed over the hoodie to Sasha. Sasha automatically took in Bayley's scent and instantly felt her eyes change colors.

"Your eyes have turned a dark blue again. So, are you going to accept the invite or what?" Sasha doesn't want to accept until she finds Bayley and finds out what the changing colors mean. "Let me think about it, and I will let you know. I still have things I need to find out first." Sasha said. "Ok, I'll give you a few days and get back to you. You know Bayley is at the estate, and you will be able to see her." Becky said. "I don't trust that last part, and I would rather find her on my own," Sasha said. With that, Sasha disappeared before Becky could reply to her and headed to the location she was thinking about. "Hello, my dear; how are you doing today?" Summer asked. "I'm doing ok. I have a few questions to ask, and I was hoping you could answer them." Sasha said.

"Well, what is the question you need to answer first?" Summer asked. Sasha took a deep smell of Bayley hoodie and looked at Summer. "Wow, your eyes are a dark blue." Summer said. "I need to know why my eyes are turning this color. I know when I hunt and I'm ready for the kill, my eyes turn red." Sasha said. "It's because you found your true love or mate, if you want to say that." Summer said, smiling at Sasha. Sasha had a puzzling look and wasn't sure what to say. Her thoughts returned to the kisses she shared with Bayley and how it felt so right. Just Bayley touching her was a turn-on for Sasha.

"Are you sure that's what it means?" Sasha asked. "Yes, the scent draws you to her. You probably thought it was your next meal, but your mate was calling for you. Have your fangs wanted to come out when you were near her? Summer asks Sasha. Sasha thought about it for a minute and realized they haven't come out once. Not even when she sat next to her in class. "No, not even when I thought I would feed off her. My fangs never came out; instead, I found myself kissing her, and she returned the kiss. She only pulled away when I started to talk to her." Sasha said.

"I know you've been on your own for a long time and didn't think you would ever find anyone. This could be your chance at happiness if you allow it to happen. The longer you stay away from her, the more you will feel heartbroken. But in your case, it will drive you crazy not knowing what she is doing." Summer said. Sasha understood what she was saying because she was already feeling it. "I have one more question. Have you ever heard of anyone being able to hear a person talk to them mentally? Sasha asked. Summer had to think for a moment before answering the question. "I've only heard of wolves beginning able to talk to their mates they have imprinted on. They can call out to them. Have you experienced that happen to you?" Summer asked Sasha.

"Yes, at first I wasn't sure who it was, and then I had saved her from being killed. She called out to me, asking why I let her go." Sasha said. "Well, it looks like you save your true love, and she has imprinted on you. You need to find her ASAP because if you are missing her. She is going through the same thing, and it will get worst on her." Summer said. Sasha thanked Summer and headed back home. Sasha decided to check out the area before going into her apartment. Sasha noticed a black SUV with two men sitting inside, watching the front door. Sasha thought that Austin wasn't going to take no for an answer.

Sasha decided to reappear inside her apartment. She looked around to make sure no one was inside. She grabbed a bag of blood and drank it fast. Sasha wanted to head back out to find where Bayley lived. Sasha noticed a message from Becky wishing to meet up to talk. Sasha texted back, "are you alone? Your father has two of his men sitting in front of my building?" Sasha texted Becky. "I'll have him call them off. But I want to talk to you, and it will only be me." Becky texted back.

"Ok, what is so important that we have to meet?" Sasha texted back. Sasha waited for a few minutes before Becky texted around. "I want to talk to you about Bayley and show you where you can find her." Becky texted back. Sasha wonders if this was a trap to get her to talk to Austin. Sasha decided that she would hear Becky out. "Ok fine, I will meet up with you; where do you want to meet. You better hope you're not setting me up." Sasha texted back. A few minutes later, Becky texted Sasha the information about where to meet. With that, Sasha took off to that location.
