Lola vs Uma is very much a thing as they are both secretly jealous of each other.
Lola: Feels threatened by Uma as Uma has known Mal longer than she has despite them actually being related. And Uma is very loose and fun just like Lola making Lola feel threatened that Mal will like Uma more than her. Which has lead to her secretly hating Uma.
Uma: Feels threatened by Lola as Lola is just like her but she's also Mal's biological sister and looks identical to Mal's favorite person in the world aka Evie her mommy. Despite having been Mal's favorite person not including Evie for two years Lola has seemed to have taken 2 years of bonding from her. Which has lead to her secretly hating Lola.
They both will never admit it out loud but they are definitely jealous of each other. Which has lead to a secret rivalry between the two.
