Taylor sat her mother and father down at the table in her apartment then took a seat next to me. She grabbed my hand quickly and I knew she was nervous. "Mom, dad..... Karlie and I are dating" she blurted it out, just like that, I knew she couldn't take the tension. Andrea's eyes went wide and she smiled happily, I could tell she felt that her daughter was finally happy. I looked to Scott who looked at me with blazing eyes when he finally let go of his glare he turned to Taylor and started to yell "Do you know how gross that is?! I didn't raise you to date another girl! What happened to that nice boy Taylor? Or John?" Taylor looked straight at her father "Taylor doesn't want anything to do with me and neither does John. Can't you accept the fact that I'm finally happy?" Scott growled at me and slapped my cheek before storming out. Taylor broke down in tears and Andrea wrapped her arms around her daughter. I fought the urge to kick myself, what had I done?
