just a few pointers you might need before scripting:
- you do NOT need a script. ( scripting is most definitely not mandatory. however, I love writing down things and organizing my thoughts into a peice of paper or file and it helps me visualize alot better which is why I script, plus a handful of people have said that it helps thems shift a bit more, but PLEASE just do what works for you )
- this script is a bit longer or detailed, you do not need all of this in your script, ( i'm just extra )
- feel free to add to this or give me more ideas to add! I love constructive critisism <3
- have fun!! shifting is meant to be fun, not stressful. don't pressure yourself, shifting takes time and patience.
