I feel my heart racing as I prepare myself for shooting up onto stage to perform in front of 200,000 people. I feel my stomach turn and acke with nervousness as my breathing speeds up.

"You ready." One of the backstage workers asks.

"Yes," I say preparing myself.

"Three, Two, One." at one I feel the ground beneath my feet start to move propelling my body into the air.

One concert later I'm resting in my dressing room. It is a bizarre feeling, being on stage, performing for thousands of people yet still feel so alone. Touring has been harder on me than I expected. It's not so much being physically tired but mentally. Constantly being on the move and doing the same things everyday it's hard to stay energized. Grabbing my phone I start to scroll through social media. Looking at all the amazing things people post I start to spiral and think about what I'm missing out on. How I miss human interaction with people my own age, not just fans. I crave love and have an urge to connect with somebody on a deeper level. Pushing these thoughts out of my mind I try to shift my mindset. I'm so lucky to experience the things I get to experience and am living a dream. I feel the tension in my body be released thinking about the fact that for the next couple of months I only have a concert per week.

"Alex I was thinking that we could go over your schedule tomorrow. For the most part you have the next couple of days off which will give me time to find you a place to live. Along with studio time, tour prep, all that good stuff " Stacy says.

"I think that is a great idea." I say taking in all the information.

"So we have a couple of options for tonight. We could sleep in the Rvs, or get hotels. What would you prefer?" Stacy asks.

"Definitely a hotel." I say excitedly.

"I figured you might say that so I already found a place to say. It even has a hot tub." Stacy responds.

"Stacy, What would I ever do without you."

This news made me so happy. Getting to be alone with my thoughts, to relax. All the constant movement and unpredictability was taking a toll on my body both physically and mentally so the thought of being able to take a minute to myself excited me.

Arriving at the hotel I was able to sneak in the back without being detected. Luckily I didn't see anyone. Walking in I could tell that this was a nice hotel. The luxury room at the top of the hotel could only be accessed with a key card. They had a team of security located on each floor of the hotel which made me feel more at ease. I didn't want to be thinking about a crazy fan. Arriving at my room in the middle of the night. Walking into my suite I was shocked at how big it was. Granted I had spent the last couple of months in a tiny RV.

"I knew that we would be staying here for a couple of days so I made sure to get you a nice room." Stacy says pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you." I say feeling a rush of energy.

"You deserve it. Now if you need anything you have my number. There will be a security guard outside your door 24/7. Your morning is free tomorrow so feel free to sleep in and enjoy yourself." Stacy says.

"Stacy I don't need someone from my security team outside my door all night. Give them the night time off." I say

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, i'm sure. There is already security on this floor 24/7 plus you need to have special access to reach this level of the hotel. I will be fine." I say as I practically push her out the door.

"Let me know if you change your mind. Now if you will excuse me I need to check in the rest of our team and get them to their rooms." She says

"Go, I will be perfectly fine."
