5. Beginning of our friendship

Alice's pov:

I felt someone shaking me and I woke up from sleep panting and sweating I looked around to find out I was in my room and the person that was shaking me was Jason
"Hey kiddo it's ok I'm here with you"he said trying to make me feel better
I was mute I couldn't say anything at that time I needed a moment to recollect myself which I did
"I'm sorry for waking you up you can go back to sleep you have work tomorrow"I gave him a reassuring smile in order to make him leave so he won't be too tired at work tomorrow
He looked at me contemplating and he finally agreed but before leaving he kissed me on my cheek

I made my way to my bathroom and when I saw my appearance I almost screamed but who cares it was 3:00am in the morning
I was hopeful that Maddie did not hear me cause it would break her the more and it hurts me so much to see her hurting

I started writing in my journal cause there was nothing else to do around that time
All my assignments were completed and I have read almost all the books in my room
At around 5,I heard a knock on my door and I walked up to it and saw Maddie standing there with her blanket
"I was wondering if I could sleep here with you...I'm too scared to sleep alone Ali"
I smiled and nodded my head moving slightly away from the door for her to enter and she went to my bed and made herself comfortable

I thought she drifted off to sleep but I was wrong the next thing I heard shocked me"you know you can show your weakness once in a while to me I know you miss them as much as I do but you always bottle up all the emotions which is bad cause when it comes crashing down you won't be able to bare the pain"I was rendered speechless by my younger sister

I kept thinking about her words for 15minutes straight then I was brought back to reality by the sounds of her snoring and I laid back in order to get some sleep I cuddled Maddie and I drifted off to sleep
What felt like minutes later my alarm went off annoying the hell out of me and I checked the time it was 6:30 time to get ready for school

I left my bed quietly cause I did not want to wake Maddie,it wasn't time for her to be up
I made my way to the bathroom and hopped into the shower setting the pressure to a high one and the water was hot
I really needed my muscles to relax after I was done with my shower I woke Maddie to go get ready for school and she lazily stood up and walked out of my room towards hers

I decided on wearing a blue cute crop top with black ripped jeans and some Sneakers I did natural makeup which consisted of eye liner and lip gloss cause I had natural Rossy lips and a little concealer to hide my black eye
I checked myself in the mirror and I was proud of my outfit. I grabbed my phone and my back pack from my night stand and made me way towards the dinning room
When I was there I was blessed with the sight of pancakes don't judge me you know I like my food

I went further into the kitchen to see Mrs Mary removing the pancakes which made my mouth water but I closed it when she caught me staring which made my cheeks heat up making her smile
"Darling...how are you"
"I'm fine...good morning by the way...how was your night"
"Morning dear and my night was good how was yours?"
"It was eventful"I looked away from her
"Another nightmare?"I nodded"you would be alright you just need time and take a sit so you can have your breakfast"
"Have you seen Jason?"
"Yea he said he had an important meeting to attend today so he had to be in the office very early and don't worry I made him have his breakfast"
I smiled and we heard footsteps coming from the stairs we looked up to see Maddie coming down with her backpack and her cute clothes
"Hey Ali can you please do my hair for me I can't really get it...good morning Mrs Mary"
"Yea baby come here"I did her hair for 5 minutes and she had her breakfast after having our breakfast we said our goodbyes to mrs mary before we headed towards my car

I still had 30 minutes to spare which was surprising,so I dropped her at school kissing her on her cheek before heading out for my school
I got to the parking lot of school and parked my car in it's usually spot and I wanted adding a dramatic effect I roared the engine making people's head turn to me and I turned off my engine and stepped out

I felt eyes on me which belonged particularly to Rebecca making me smirk.. I walked towards my locker I wasn't surprised when I saw Xavier and Daisy waiting for me
We still had time so we chatted and we heard everyone whispering amongst themselves and we looked up and saw it was because of the bad boys of the school

They were making their way down the hallway when I locked eyes with Zander he smiled and made his way towards us along side his friends
"Hey princess what's up"I was shocked that he would want to talk to me when he had alot of reputation and I was no one
"Hi I'm good"Daisy stood there with her eyes almost bulging out of her sockets and she gave me the look which says that you have alot of explaining to do I nodded
"You still up for tomorrow night right"I nodded and he smiled "cat got your tongue"
"No...it didn't I can still talk"I rolled my eyes at him and shoved him
"Ouch you are violent woman"he faked the pain

He turned to look at his friends who were as surprised as much as mine "hey guys meet Alice and Alice meet Cole and Zack"he pointed to them as he introduced
"Ok this is Daisy and Xavier"doing same to my friends and the bell rang indicating first period
"Ok guys I'll see you around during lunch"he did his bro hug with Cole and Zack and the headed off into another direction and Daisy and Xavier heading towards another direction leaving just me and Zander together

I started making my way towards my class and Zander was beside me"why are you following me"he smirked before replying
"Are you forgetting that I'm in almost all your classes besides geography"
We walked to class together and for the first time in a long while I was happy
We entered class together and I could feel gazes sent from the girls making me smirk at them cause no bitch can make me timid I walked towards my normal sit and Zander sat beside me

Half way through the boring class Zander started distracting me
"Princess"I ignored him"princesssss"I rolled me eyes and ignored him again
He poked my ass with the tip of his pencil making that spot sting and I turned to gaze at him and was met with his laughter which wasn't too loud
"What do you want Zander"I said a little bit harsh and he stiffened at that but relaxed
"Mr Luke's ass looks like he had plastic surgery just imagine him twerking now"I did just that and busted out laughing making all eyes turn to us including mr Luke's

"Miss Parker and Mr Miller what's so funny would you love to share it with the class"
I stood up and suppressed my laugh before saying"he told me to imagine you twerking cause you have a really big butt...did you get surgery"
The whole class busted out laughing which made mr Luke's face red with anger and embarrassment
"Detention now you too"

We walked out of class still laughing "few minutes being friends with you and you have gotten us kicked out of class so nice of you"I replied sarcastically which made him smile
"I know you enjoyed that little joke princess and don't worry I won't get you into more trouble"
