Chapter 2

We arrived in front of a huge gate

Guards opened the door to reveal a wide ass front yard with a beautiful garden and a fountain near the mansion

He wasn't kidding when he said big and secured

The man stepped out, opened the door, and held out his hand

What a gentleman

"Right this way Miss Mina"

I took his hand, and he threw the keys to one of his men

Their door opened to reveal a modern style interior with lots of art pieces

The stairs were to die for, it had this floating effect that looked expensive

And the rooms were astonishing, the one he lent me had a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a hot tub, a hot tub!

I feel like I'm in a hotel

As Mina was admiring the beauty of her room, the man had gone out to make a few calls

That reminds me, I should really ask his name later

Her hand brushing against the marble countertop of the vanity sink, she stared in the mirror

Jihyo would love it here, I really hope she's okay

Leaving the bathroom, she saw clothes on the bed

Wanting to rest first before cleaning herself, she dosed off

A few hours later, shouting could be heard outside, she thinks it's him

Mina didn't want to look because she was terrified

So, she finally went in and proceeded to clean herself. Laying in the tub and letting the water seep into her skin

I really needed this

Everything became calm and the girl didn't even notice she fell asleep once more

On the other side, the man was furiously screaming at his phone. "Find her and bring her to me. You got that!?"

It was morning when she woke up

But strangely, she was on her bed, wearing clothes

The doors opened to reveal the man holding a tray of food

"Oh! Good morning, Mina! I've brought you breakfast! I didn't know what food you liked so I cooked a lo---"

"Thank you but may I ask you a question?", making him raise a brow

"Of course! What is it?"

Exhaling deeply, "Were you the one who lifted me up from the tub and put the c-clothes on me?"

Not seeing a change in expression, she was... Relieved? But also kind of disappointe—what?? Of course not!

"Not at all. You were taking too long so the maid panicked, it's a good thing the bathroom wasn't locked, but as it turns out you were just sleeping HAHAHA. She didn't want you to get a cold so she dried, placed you on the bed, and clothed you. She maybe even kissed you on the head for good luck", Mina giggled at the thought

I wouldn't tell you that I did all of that, you might think of me as a pervert

"Can you please send my regards to that maid? I'd really appreciate it", bowing to him

"No problem!"

When he placed the tray on her bed, she smiled widely

"Thank you! It all looks delicious!!", she took a spoon and pointed at him, "But before that, I have a last question. What is the name of my savior?", making him giggle

"The name is Jeongyeon, Yoo Jeongyeon"

"Well, Jeongyeon-san, thank you for everything. And would you mind sharing this breakfast with me? I'm afraid I cannot finish everything here"

He took the spoon and smiled, "I'd be delighted to"
