As you can probably tell from the title of the book, this is a sequel. This book carries on from The eyes of the innocent hold the most demons so I recommend reading that before reading this book!
A bit of context then. This book will follow the manga. So if you don't want manga spoilers, I recommend not reading it. At first, I'll be going up to where the anime stopped and then I'll continue on from there. Manga readers have nothing to worry about. Lucky you!
I have loved the whole process of writing this. The comments. The votes. And the overall love I have received from this book is insane! Thank you to everyone from the previous book who commented on the section about whether this sequel would actually be going ahead. And also the support I've received just from the last chapter that I posted on the 1st of April. It was rather funny that people thought it was an April Fool's joke. I'd never do that!
The only other thing I have to say is expect slow updates. And I mean slow. I have a lot of books in the works as well as ones I need to finish. (Yeah I tend to start a book, forget about it and start a new one)
