Hero In Green

Chapter Eight- Nostalgia

(Todoroki's P.O.V)
As we parted I knew who it was, I was almost fairly certain it was. I tried to compose my breath "Midoriya?" I whisper. I get a squeeze of my hand and am led out. I took of my food without trying to be too impatient, to reveal my theory was correct, it was him.

He grinned akwardly and scratched the nape of his neck "Yep, hehe.." he let go of my hand. I looked around and it seemed as if people where still sitting beside their closet partner.

Kaminari, Kirishima and Ashido yawned at the same time, earning a giggle from Mina. "Well that was a fun night! I guess we should head off to bed, seeing as its.... Wow... One thirty!" She clapped her hands.

Yaoyorozu got up "I hope you remember where your rooms are, if you need help ask me and I can direct you to your rooms." She said as she took everyone's blindfolds and put them back where she got them from, reappearing in moments. I didnt realise time passed that quickly, although I did however, feel tired.

I look at Midoriya who looked slightly disappointed. He looked at me and grinned "Lets go back to our room Todoroki!" He turned and started walking towards our room. I followed along and closed the door behind us quietly. Midoriya jumped on the bed, flopping on his back and sighing "I haven't had that much fun in years!" He yell-whispered giggling afterwards, kicking his feet like a little girl. "I mean, outside of school that is, and itll be like this all the time when we get dorms." He sat up and smiled. "Then we can have slumber parties all the time." He smiled.

I sat down on the other side of the bed. "I wonder how it will work out. Will be be in out own rooms? Paired up?" I looked up at him and tilted my head "Are other classes getting dorms?" I asked

He shrugged and lay himself down and his pillows and got comfey under the blankets. "I'm guessing so, I mean, they can't just exclude everyone else's safety now can they? But my guess is it's gonna be the hero and support classes that do, all the business and other, probably not considering they are in a lower risk and the school probably can't afford enough dorms for everyclass. But then again it is the most prestigious hero school and-" he face palmed. "Sorry, I was rattling on again.."

"It's fine. You think a lot for someone our age, that's a good thing." I say as I too settle into the quilt and make myself clear comfortable on my pillows.

Midoriya looks at me with wide eyes "Is it?" He looks up at the ceiling, "It can be hard to clear my mind sometimes, to have a little bit of quiet, without my mind running." He sighed. "But hey, about our exam, I made the final copy, I can send it to you when I get home." He said, looking back at me smiling. "And then in a few days we get to go on camp!" He giggled.

The camp was probably an excuse to get Midoriya out for a little bit, as well as training. Speaking of which; "How are things there, with him." I ask.

Midoriya nods "Same, same really. What about you?" He asked back

"Well...." I was hesitant, but it's Midoriya, I've tried of him things I haven't told anyone else. "Well my- Endeavour... He was acting strangely, trying to be.... Nice." I looked at Midoriya who was intently listening. "We had dinner last night with him and he tried to bring up small talk." I skipped the part about talking about the greenette Infront of me. "Then, he left. No training, no nothing, just talked, and left." I say simply. It was alot more complicated than it seemed, or how I made it sound.

Midoriya giggled only just, "It sounds like he is trying to be a better farther. In his own way, even trying to ask for forgiveness. I wish my farther would do the same." He smiled happily, as if imagining a scenario like that. He was right, but should I forgive Endeavour? Maybe, maybe he might actually be changing.

I smiled back "Your right.. I just wish he didn't have a reason to forgive. But, I'll try. Thank you Midoriya..." I say, staring at the ceiling as if it where moving.
