minho hears symphony's in his head when he sees his members happy.

minho laid in his bed in the dark, staring at the ceiling, watching the shadows dance and twirl in the black to the symphonies that play in his head as he remembers his members. a smile graces his face as he thinks of all the times he spent with the lights of his life.
he thought of chan. they laid together on the couch of their dorm. both may be too big to fit on the small thing, but that never mattered. the warmth of each others arms were all they needed. soft touches and forehead kisses as they basked in the sunlight of the warm spring day. he would give everything to return to this moment.
he thought of felix. baking with him for the rest of the members. making brownies and cakes to satisfy his neverending sweet tooth. nothing could replace the smile that lit up felix's face as if he himself was the sun. minho would lean into his face to kiss every single one of his freckles, and they would giggle and get into mini food fights, spreading frosting and batter on each others cheeks and noses, before kissing away the mess.
he thought of changbin. the constant teasing between the two, even though they both knew it was lighthearted. after making jabs at each other, they shared soft moments with each other. kisses on the rooftop after joking about chins, dancing to music no one else could hear after teasing about heights. the warmth of being in changbin's arms, and his plush lips against minho's. worshipping his body just to make sure changbin knew how beautiful he was.
minho thought of hyunjin. nights spent in the studio, practicing routines, messing around, and slow dancing to whatever music was playing. he thought of hyunjin's thin body as he practiced a ballet routine, his blonde hair waving in the artificial wind created by the elegant movements of the routine. he wanted to kiss that mole under his eye one last time.
he thought of seungmin. the divorced couple concept always seemed to float away when they were alone, quiet moments spent staring into each others eyes lovingly, kisses shared between the two that no one would speak of. minho admired how seungmin's light brown hair looked in the golden sunlight. even though they rarely talked in their moments together, the love they showed for each other spoke a thousand words.
minho though of jeongin. begging to go out to eat with him, reaching across the table to stuff meat in his mouth, leaning in to kiss away the sauce stains on his lips. he would do everything it took to see the sweet smile on the younger's face. one of minho's hobbies was to get lost in the fox-like eyes that seemed to hold the galaxy.
lastly, minho thought of jisung. running around the city from dusk until dawn, going to the rooftop to watch the sunrise, even though he had his sunshine right next to him. racing into stores, picking up snacks, and dancing to the songs the stores played, he felt so alive when he was with jisung.
the smile on minho's face only widened. his heart may stop soon, but he will always think of the bright moments he shared with them. he was at peace as he closed his eyes, even though he may never open them again. he laughed, a breathy thing that was all he could manage with his broken state. as he took his last breath, he remembered the smiles on their faces as they did things they truly loved.
