FULL NAME: Rachel Karen Greene NICKNAME: Rach, RK NAMESAKE: the iconic character Rachel Green from the iconic sitcom, FRIENDS WHY THEY'RE NAMED AFTER THE CHARACTER: Her mom is a HUGE friends fan, when Rachel's mom married someone with the last name Greene, she insisted that they name their daughter Rachel Karen after her mom's all time favorite tv show character. AGE: 16 SEXUALITY: bicurious GENDER/PRONOUNS: female, she/her FACECLAIM: Kristine Froseth PERSONALITY: she's fun and flirty, just like her namesake! she's quite popular and started the friends club to make just that— more friends. she's the cutest little bean and she's a style icon at the school (and its not like rachel green's at all!) she does like the tv show friends, but is tired of it, she's been watching re-runs since she came out of the womb, and just wants a break. she started the club to make friends when she noticed a lot of other people in the school have iconic tv character names, and though that they could all relate to something. the thing she hates most about her name is that everyone asks her if she's named after Rachel Green, and with an eye roll, she always goes "yes." BACKGROUND: she started the friends club because she wanted to make more friends and because she noticed that there's an absurd amount of other kids named after tv show characters. the club is invite only though! her parents are divorced but she spends time with both of them and is close with both of them. she has a younger sister named Emma Greene and a brother named Teddy Greene. her brother is the only one not named after a friends character. her mom was obsessed with the tv show friends and even moved to New York right when the show started, so she really related to the characters, especially Rachel. her mother also holds a world record for (second) most friends merchandise/memorabilia and her living room is a similar set up to monica and rachel's apartment. FULL NAME: Cameron James Frye NICKNAME: Cam NAMESAKE: Cameron Frye from Ferris Bueller's Day Off WHY THEY'RE NAMED AFTER THEM: it's an iconic movie, his dad's favorite, and his mom agreed to it not realizing what she was agreeing to. GRADE: same as Rachel! AGE: 16 SEXUALITY: unsure (we'll find out throughout the series) GENDER/PRONOUNS: male, he/him FACECLAIM: Matt Cornett PERSONALITY: he is a decently nice guy, but kind of a pessimist at times and also quite bitter when he come to *certain* situations. he is rather popular, just like Rachel, but has remained single most of high school. BACKGROUND: he has made it his mission to either bring an end to the friends club or join it. he sits right next to Rachel in Econ and she didn't ask him to be in the friends club, on the grounds that his name doesn't come from a tv show, and therefore doesn't really go with the theme of the club. Sure, Cameron Frye is iconic, and maybe if he'd been named Ferris Bueller instead she would've re-considered. So now he's bitter and trying to get into the club, and he absolutely despises Rachel for it. His home life is average, just a family that happens to love Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Every year for Halloween they go as the characters, and Cam's brother is Ferris, he's Cameron (obviously) and his cousins are Sloane and Jeanie.
