Class 1A came with Midoriya to the Hospital, Uraraka and Todoroki came with Midoriya into the room where they could spectate their Operation. The rest of class 1A waited outside in reception.
Through the window they could see Kaito's bandaged you body, he was laying down a table or chair of some sort, for precautions he was locked down to the thing he laid on. Lights shine down on him and a table with tools stood next to him.
Midoriya anxiously waited, just looking at him made him tear up so he read through his notes on his notebook.
"How are you feeling Deku?" Uraraka asked nervously,
He didn't respond. Todoroki turned his way,
"Midoriya?"
He shot up from his notebook and looked at the two, "H-Huh?" He questioned.
"Are" She was cut of by the lights in the room they were spectating shine brighter.
They couldn't hear what was going on in the room in front of them, they could only see.
Four Doctors stood around Kaito, they wore the basic doctors uniform, with gloves, a surgery cap, etc.
Midoriya clenched his fists in concern,
'Kaito..' He thought.
The nurse had notified that what they might see could be quite disturbing but they were fine with it, the surgeon pulled down a board that covered Kaito's view of his stomach in case he woke up. He then pulled back a white cloth that covered his stomach. It revealed his pale skin with scars covering it, it also had drawn on marks that showed where they would be cutting.
The surgeon nodded and the other doctor handed him a sharp tool. Midoriya flinched and moved forward on his seat,
"It's okay Midoriya their not going to hurt him" Todoroki reassured him.
"Right.." He replied,
The surgery continued for a few hours, it was quite gruesome and Uraraka had to turn around, Midoriya was on the verge of tears.
Blood, blood squirted from his stomach and got on one of the doctors uniform, Midoriya frowned and sat on the edge of his seat, the doctors stared to crowd his body making it unable to see what was going on.
Midoriya held is breath, his eyes were full of tears.
"Kaito..?" He questioned.
Three of the doctors stopped and they looked completely destroyed, one of them were still trying to do the surgery.
"W-what happening?!" Midoriya said standing up and slamming his hand against the glass.
One of the doctors looked up and frowned with tears in their eyes.
Midoriya realised what was happening,
"Please I-I beg don't give up" Midoriya mumbled with tears streaming down his face.
He bashed his other hand against the glass,
"I love you Kaito! So please d-don't die!"
Todoroki stood up and put his hand on his shoulder,
"Midoriya sit" He was cut of, Midoriya turn around and slapped his hand away.
"He cant die- He won't die.. I-I.. he cant" Midoriya's face dropped and he sobbed wiping his tears away with his sleeves.
"N-no"
...
"Midoriya, look" Todoroki sounded surprised moving closer to the glass. Midoriya turned around and he saw the doctors continuing with the surgery, Midoriya smiled. Then burst out in tears.
Three hours later:
Kaito made it through the surgery with a miracle. He was moved to a nicer room with a comfortable bed, a nice view and a bedside table that a vase with flowers in it.
Midoriya pushed the door open, he staggered over to Kaito's bed and pulled a chair over and sat down on it resting his head on the hospital bed.
He let a sigh of relief,
It was 3am and Midoriya was tired, he stared at Kaito until he fell asleep.
Kaito started to wake, his head hurt and his stomach felt sore. He blinked a few times adjusting to the light, he had tubes attached to his body and he was bandaged up.
He started to panic, his breath increasing and the monitor starting to beep more violently. Midoriya grunted then shot up, he saw Kaito's panicked state and scrambled over to his head, he cupped his head with his hand turning his head towards him.
"K-Kaito calm down!" He pleaded,
His state didn't change, Midoriya reached towards his bandage and lifted the bandage that covered his mouth, he lent forward and kissed Kaito. Kaito gave into the kiss, Midoriya pulled back pretty red.
Kaito chuckled quietly, his voice a bit shaky.
"Izu.." He said under his breath,
"Ku.." His eyes grew heavier and he yawned, he reached out pulling Midoriya's head into his neck. "Mmm!" Midoriya muffled.
He brung his legs up from the floor and laid them next to Kaito's.
Kaito loosened his grip and Midoriya turned his head gasping for air, Kaito shakily lifted up his arm and weakly, with his finger, lifted up Midoriya's head by his chin. He leaned in a planted a kiss on his forehead.
Midoriya, flustered, dug his head in Kaito's neck. He huffed and felt like giving him pay back for making him so worried. He lifted his head and licked Kaito's neck giving his a little peck at the end.
Kaito let out a deep shaky breath.
"You're lucky I'm unable to move" Kaito said with a smirk.
Midoriy thought about what he said for a moment and then went bring red, he lifted up his head and pulled back,
"K-Kaito!" He looked down and then started to mumble to himself, Kaito looked and him with smiled.
"Your so cute when your like this" Midoriya fell back and landed on the floor with a thud.
"W-What!?" He covered his face with his arms looking away.
"Tch disgusting.." A voice spoke,
Midoriya and Kaito looked around the room,
"Did y-you say that Kaito?" Midoriya asked he shook his head.
"I did.."

Morning:
All Might, Endeavora and Aizawa stood outside the hospital room with Midoriya,
"You're telling us Damien is still alive?!" Aizawa exclaimed.
"Mhm" Midoriya nodded.
"So he's apart of Kaito now, do you think" All might was cut off,
"No, he will never take control, never again" Aizawa confirmed, he hated Damien so did everyone else.
Midoriya has exclaimed how Damien could speak through a mouth that seemed to appear on Kaito's cheek.
(Pls I know)
But something was different about this Damien.
"We should still take precautions" Endeavor spoke, Midoriya frowned.
"Precautions? Don't you think Kaito can control him, trust me your underestimating him! Damien only took control because we weren't there for him, it's our fault. He's strong, way stronger than I could ever be. Don't ever speak like he's dangerous ever again because I love him and won't stand for that- E-Endeavor.." Midoriya snapped completely outraged.
He then felt a pair of arms wrap around him and someone's body lean against him,
"I love you too" Kaito whispered into Midoriya's ear.
He went red, Kaito looked at Aizawa and smiled, he smiled back.
"I'm sorry dad.."
"Kaito" He walked forward and placed his hand on his head, "I love you problem child" He ruffled his hair gently.
Kaito looked at Endeavor and scoffed, he looked back surprised.
"Damien will never take control, ever again!" Kaito said.
"Damm brat" Damien spoke annoyed through Kaito's cheek.
