Cecile stepped into rihanas
car and immediately got nervous. what if she
crashes it. she shook her head and started the
car. she backed out of the parking lot. she put
the directions to tubbos house and began to
drive there. she was enjoying the drive there.
i mean she was driving really slow, and looking
at the rearview mirror too much scared she
might crash.

She parked outside the house
and got really nervous all of a sudden. she did
check with tubbos parents to make sure it
was ok that she came to the gathering and
even tho they said yes multiple times she felt
scared to go in. she knocked the door and was
greeted by a tommy yelling in her face. she
stepped inside to see tubbo, ranboo, and
philza in there. thank god she wasn't the only
adult

She sat down on the couch
while the children were playing mario kart.
she was on her phone for a while when she
hears her ex boyfriends voice. he was greeting
tubbos parents and behind him was niki.
she just stood there for a while. she didn't want
to think anything of it but the voices in back
of her head were convincing me otherwise.
did he move on already? they sat on the other
couch pretty close together.

They started to play music
and just talk. cecile sat on the corner not interacting
with anyone. everyone was having so much
fun. she sat next to tubbo and started to talk
about life basically. the night went on and she
gave tubbo his gift. he opened it to see
ceciles merch including a hoodie, t-shirt,
and a water bottle. he looked like he really
liked it. everyone took pictures together
with tubbos cake.

It was 10pm and the 'party'
started settling down. they played slow music
and just started to talk. cecile excused herself
to the bathroom. she fixed her eyeliner and curls
and went back outside to try and finally talk
to someone because all she's been doing
was looking through her phone or having short
ass talks with tubbo.

She came out to see niki and
wilbur dancing, it wasn't a slow dance it
was just them joking around. but something
made cecile feel like she needed to puke.
she grabbed her keys off the table and left
without saying goodbye to anyone but tubbo
and wishing him a happy birthday. she got
into rihanas car and pressed her forehead
against the steering wheel. why was this
so hard? maybe she shouldn't have gone
to a party with her ex.

She drove off, she didn't know
where she was going but she needed to
take her mind off things. she drove around
the city trying to distract herself, but it just
did the opposite. she passed by the coffee
place where she stole wilburs glasses, there
was the beach where they had their kiss, and
look at that the airbnb not far from here. she
got out of the car and sat down on the beach.
feeling the sand and looking at the waves.

why was she trying to stay strong so much,
it's normal to feel sad and cry when you
go through a break up.

But now cecile wanted to
act stronger, after seeing wilbur is perfectly
fine without her, she needs to be to. with that
information she went to the hotels bar and
started to drink, she normally doesn't drink
her problems away but she didn't feel like
crying in a hotel room. multiple guys tried
to buy her a drink and make her leave with
them but the bartender always stopped them
knowing she was in her drunken state.
"rough night?" the bartender asked looking
at the girl.

"yeah i just ended a relationship
and then i saw him he was with my best friend"
cecile said, of course not mentioning that they
were friends before cecile came along. "i'm
sorry honey" she put her hand on the table.
"it's going to get better, you just need a perfect
rebound". cecile started thinking about it.
rebound, rebound, rebound, "rebound i can
do that, are you up to be someone's rebound?"
cecile asked the bartender. "sorry already taken"
she replied. "i am so sorry i asked that".
they both talked for a while like old friends
and she even got cecile back to her room.
