Dear Her

The truth

They were exhausted. Their feet slowly feel numb and hurt. It was a very long journey. After their delayed departure, it seems that few more miles to go to. 

While waiting, they rested at the abandoned barn not far from the road.

"Why all of this happened? What have I done to those human that they hate us so much? " Xavier bit his lip. Remembering the incident  just now.

The rest just silent.

He feel so much anger at that time. But he manage to not to burst it in fact he controlled it very well.

Johnson, who was  disappeared for a while finally appeared. 

"How was it?" Samantha asking anxiously. 

The three of them stood up from their seat. 

"Everything is fine. His wife gave birth safely. The  husband was slightly injured "

"Their memories?" Brick interrupt.

 "Don't worry, it's all settled." Johnson replied back. 

He then looked at Xavier who was narrowed his eyes to him. His glances is terrifying. 

Johnson approached him slowly.

 "I'm sorry Young master. But I had to use sedatives on you earlier because I know you still can't fully control your ability. " 

Xavier  clenching both his fists.

"You ... I want you to explain to me! How did those human knows me? " Xavier spoke up. 

His eyes were full of anger and at the same time he just so curious.

 Samantha approached him and decided to sit beside him.

Brik and Anne were standing by Johnson's side. 

"Mrs. Scarlet entrusted us to protect you. Before she left, she told us about things that will happen now. She actually guessed that all of this would happen sooner or later. So we are planning this from the beginning to protect you.

"Unexpectedly, Flores is smarter than we thought. He was able to arrest you earlier before we could got to your residence that night. "Brik told him the story.

 A moment of silence.

Xavier took a deep breath. 

"So you're all on my mom's side?" Xavier asked again.

 All four of them nodded. 

"Right now, I don't understand. How can humans know about our existence? " Xavier looked at Johnson.

"Velsint broke his promise. He betrayed humankind, he betrayed your mother! He purposely ordered his men to attack human first and put the blame on you.  He took this opportunity to imprison you so that your people would believe that you ran away because you were the criminal! " Johnson expressed to him.

 Xavier growled. 

"Why is he so cruel!"

Why does he hurts mum that? She's willing to leave her humans' life just to be with him! " Xavier couldn't hold his tears.

 The others just silent.

 "I want to kill him!" Xavier spoke up.

 Everyone was shocked by his statement. It's sound rude and savage at the same time.

 "Young master, please don't do it. If you are determined to take revenge, you can, but not now. He has much amount of soldiers and an empire to back him up while you only have us . While revenge is the top priority, your life is at stake."

Mrs. Scarlet has only one hope  which is she wants you to be free from torture and live happily. " Johnson told him. 

Xavier looked straight to him. 

"Tell me! How can I live happily with what my father had done ?! " Xavier protested.

 Johnson try to cut him out as Samantha come first.

"Young master, Mrs. Scarlet once said that her son is a smart and considerate type of person. If you are ready enough, you will be able to lead your own empire very well. But not all of this ambitions stand firm without any obstacles. For example like now. She knows that you would definitely decide to take revenge if you knew the truth. So she left this message for you. 'If you want to fight to the end, fight when you are ready, not the other way round'. " Samantha said then patted his left shoulder.

 Brik and Anne smiled. 

Samantha's words at that time were very reasonable. It makes Xavier feel calm and beimg able to think rationally.

Xavier sat down as he digest Sam's words. 

He then aware of his ego at that moment. 

His mind was shrouded in hatred and revenge. But with that type of thinking he realizes he can't go far with it. 

"So what do I need to do now?" Xavier asked the four of them.

 Samantha smiled. She knews Xavier is a really smart boy.

 "Young master, Mrs. Scarlett is indeed a clever person. She knows that you can survived in this situation and put a trust in us that we are able to protect the you even though she was no longer in this world. "

"Before she left, without the king's knowledge, she had returned to her world to buy a piece of land for you. She said, if anything happens, she told us to take you there because that is a safe place for you. " Samantha added.

"So take me there!" 

 "We will young master.. we will!" Anne smiled. 

The five of them then continue their journey to the place.
