Chapter Five

"Yoongi!" Jimin yelled in shock.

"Damn, Minnie. Can't leave me alone for one second?" Yoongi smirked. He was in Jimin's bathroom with his top off.

"You're not invited to mine and your brothers wedding" Jimin smiled and walked out to find Namjoon.

"Joon" Jimin crossed his arms.

"Yes, Jiminie?" Namjoon asked looking up from his phone "Oh, by the way, the coach loved your kick"

"He what?"

"He wants you to join the team!"

"Okay, that's flattering but that's not what i came to talk to you about. That boy has got to get his own place or something" Jimin frowned.

"Or even better, Apologise to Jungkook!" Jimin rubbed his forehead.

"Alright, well good luck with that. Anyways, seriously coach really wants you"

"I'll think about it. Anyways, sort HIM out" Jimin said and walked away.

Jimin and Tae were walking down the school corridor.

"You're in a rush this morning" Tae exclaimed.

Jimin was staring down the corridor at Jungkook and Valentine who were talking looking like they were flirting.

"What does he see in her?" Jimin sighed.

"Stop letting your world revolve around boys!" Tae said trying to cheer him up.

"That's hardly a sentence you can say when you crush on almost every boy you meet" Jimin raised his eyebrows.

"I HAVE to get him. It took me all of middle school just to talk to him" Jimin whined "Iv waited long enough, Tae! He even asked me out at Willa's party"

"I know they broke up, but i think it's a little early to be swooping in straight away"

Jimin thought and then impulsively walked over to Jungkook and Valentine.

"Jungkook?" Jimin smiled.

"Oh, hey Jimin!" Jungkook turned around and smiled.

"Is of a bad time to take up your offer to go get drinks?" Jimin could clearly see Valentine's angry face in the back but that just made it even better.

"Not at all!" Jungkook smiled showing his cute bunny teeth "See you, Val"

"Walk you out?" Jungkook asked Jimin who was blushing hard.

"Actually i'd like a quick chat with Jimi, if you don't mind" Valentine finally spoke up.

"Oh, sure" Jungkook said leaving the two of them.

"What do you-" Jimin started but suddenly, Valentine slapped him across his face.

"How DARE YOU!" Valentine yelled "Everyone know that Jungkook and I are endgame! Get you filthy paws off of him!"

"I don't have time for you petty excuse to try and start a fight. And next time? Throw a punch. You can't slap if your life depended on it" Jimin sassed and then confidently walked away.

"In all my time living here, never have I encountered anyone more dumbfounded than Valentine" Jimin thought while he scrolled through his phone in the courtyard.

"Jimin, Over here!" A happy Jungkook called.

Jimin happily walked over.

"So, i heard coach wanted you on the team?" Jungkook asked.
