chapter 9: crying on his sholder

Okaaaaay so ya know how I said there will be cuddles? :3 There will but not yet. this chapter said two things to me, The normal wake up and their in each others arms, ooooor what I wrote here UwU  this took legit  FOREVER to publish and I iz very sad about that UnU I had LOTS going on over the past week, and the new patio in my backyard it done!!! :3 so I'm going to be updating sooner. btw there is slight mentions of blood in this chapter but nothing to serious. enjoy!!! :3

Todoroki pov:

I woke up in the middle of the night to see Midoria not next to me. I'm too tired to think about it so I try to sleep again.

I jerk up again to a scream. It sounds like midoria. Wait! Midoria! Where is he?! I dash off the bed and go into the kitchen.

No.

No.....

No!

I grab the person off him. It was too dark to see who it was, the person dashed out the window. And there midoria was, he was covered in deep scratches. This can't be happening! No! Stop!

"Midoriya..... Please be alright....."

Izuku pov:

...

It hurts, Really badly. I can barely move. But then I feel a pair of arms hug me tightly. Suddenly I feel warmth. It's not dark anymore. I open my eyes. Just barley.

"Midoriya please be alright"

I can feel tears streaming down todoroki's face. I try to speak but it sounds really raspy.

"H-hey todo- roki" I cough. His sobs stop and he looks at me face to face.

"What happened?" I try to remember.

"W- ell, I was sleeping and the next thing I know I'm taken off the bed and thrown into the kitchen. I was too asleep to tell that this was actually going on and the person started to scratch me. And as soon as I realised it was real, I screamed, you knocked the person off me and now I'm here."

"Good, you remember, Are you alright? I don't think the doctors are in at this hour. Do we need to take you to the hospital?"

"No, I'm alright, just a few scratches, and bruises, no broken bones, I'm alright, really"

"Okay, I'll go grab the first aid in your bag. Don't go anywhere."

"I won't."

Todoroki pov:

God, why did I cry? I can't remember the last time I cried in front of someone, well, at least in the past few years. I rush into the bedroom and grab the first aid kit and Midoryia is sitting up now.

"There's only one giant scratch on my back, and a few small ones on my stomach and arms. By the look of it, It looks like the person I was attacked by had claws. Like an animal...... o-ohch!" he winces in pain.

"Midoria can you take off your shirt so I can get to the wounds?" He tries to take it off but winces in pain again. "I can do It, just tell me if I'm hurting you." he nods. I sit down next to him. He's bleeding through his shirt in the back. That's not good. "Maybe we should take you to the hospital, those look, well, disturbingly painful."

"No, it's really ok, Just help me get this off please."

"Fine. but only since you're saying it's not as bad as it looks." I peel the shirt off his blood stained back. He's right, the scratches aren't really that deep, it's just a lot of blood. I wipe off the blood from his back then I wrap him in bandages. Then I look at his stomach- oh god, he's like, ripped. He has a freakin six pack. God- that's hot- no! I have to help him! Not admire him! He still has a few scratches that need bandaging! So the other ones I use smaller bandages because they're not that big. I go grab another shirt from the other room and put him in it.

"There, I wrapped up all your wounds. You have to be more careful when thinking if it's a dream or not, you might actually be there and not know."

"Yeah, I will. Can you maybe put me on the bed? the floor is really hard."

"Yeah, of course." I pick him up bridal style and place him on the bed.

"Hey todoroki?"

"Yes"

"Thank you. If you weren't there that person might have killed me." I start to tear up.

"Please, please, please, be more careful"

"Todoroki, I really admire you, whenever someone is in trouble, you always help them, I think you're really, really great."

"And I admire you for not giving up and staying strong. Even if you're hurt badly. I've admired you ever since the sports festival. You made me who I am today."

"T-todoroki- kun" Midoria starts to cry.

"What happened? Is your wound hurting you?"

"No, it's just- what you just said right now, filled me with so much joy, I don't even know how to express myself-"

Izuku pov:

He hugged me, the best hug I have ever experienced.

I sobbed into his shoulder. I wish this would never end. I've decided, I love him. I love him so much. I love him more than anything. When he's hurt, I want to be by his side. When he's sad, I want to be there for him, I want to carry his problems and be there for him.

I want him. And only him.

I love Shoto Todoroki.....
