- Mia Meets the Afton Family -

Mia made her way into the pizzeria and animatronic rental service through it's front entrance, yet what she was greeted with inside the establishment was something which honestly surprised her.

A simple reception area - nothing all too fancy. Just a normal looking rectangular room with a set of double doors to the left and right of her as well as a single door in front of her and behind a decently sized reception desk. Both double door had a label attacked to them, with the left stating that led to a: 'Party Room & Stage', whilst the right set led to the: 'Main Dinning Area'.

Looking around some more, Mia noted several promotional posters and decorations exhibiting most of the Funtime and Circus animatronics in a somewhat realistic style alongside other party memorabilia littering the textured, white walls of the room in stylized and somewhat cartoony designs. If she was being completely honest, It was all oddly inviting, in a simple but nice sort of way.

Peering over and past the reception desk before her, Mia found no one present. 'Odd...' Checking the glass double doors from which she entered the establishment from, she found no visible sign or indication which stated if the building was currently closed or not. 'Still...' Mia thought absently, 'Even if they were closed for the day, you'd have naturally thought they'd have locked up before leaving; especially considering what's being kept here.'

Mulling over her options, Mia almost missed the sound of the door opened from behind the reception desk.

Her instincts took over almost instantly and before Mia knew it she was already in a defensive stance facing the door; ready for whatever danger that presented itself. Still, nothing could properly prepare here for what - or in this case, who - she saw exiting out of that door.

Two sets of blue eyes met one another, both wide as can be but for two entirely different reasons. 'No...'

"Whoa! Hey now, calm down Miss."

'Calm down?' she wanted to so desperately shout, 'Clam down?! Now is definitely not the time to be calm Mike!'

Mike... Michael Afton... Mia's older brother. The same older brother who belittled her and the rest of her siblings. The same older brother who caused her the death of one of their siblings!... The same brother who came to her broken and dead, but yet somehow still alive, wanting her help... The same brother who had died in a fire of their own design...

The same brother who was currently standing before her completely alive and seemingly a bit younger - though it was honestly hard to really tell considering he'd been a walking corpse for a good while now. 'How was this even possible...?'

"Miss," Michael grabbed her attention easily enough, "Are you alright?" He appeared to be rather on edge, which might just be warranted at this moment seeing as she was silly in her defensive stance.

'No...' she thought blankly, 'I'm currently looking at my dead, but somehow alive again, brother in a building that shouldn't even be here.'

That's what Mia wanted to say to Michael, but...

"Uhhh... Yeah. I'm good..." She eventually uttered to her brother, rather quickly lowering her defences somewhat and supplying him with, what must of been to him, a rather creepy smile and a small wave of the hand.

...

'... What the absolute Hell am I doing?!' Mia mentally chastised herself, 'He's my horrible older brother not some simple schoolyard crush... Ew, no! Bad analogy, but still,' she refocused, 'He's my brother, even if he's always been an ass, I shouldn't be-' Wait...
